Description of Work: Very professional, have used on several occasions with new fabric furniture purchases. They appear to have a good warranty, but fortunately have never needed to test. With first use, I was unaware of need to reapply in two years; therefore, very high cost per year of use in my opinion. Would consider using again, but would be more discriminating in choosing pieces for application.

Good job. Professional. I had messed up on the date they were to come -- they were very accommodating of my mistake and made arrangements to complete the work before a big dinner party (owner came that morning to seal).
Description of Work: Cleaned vintage velvet sofa and chair and sealed (to protect from two new kittens).

THEY ARE TOP DRAWER!

I WAS REALLY HAPPY WITH FIBER-SEAL AND WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN. WHEN THEY REALIZED THAT THEY MAY DAMAGE THE CARPET BY TRYING FURTHER AND THEY REALIZED IT WOULD REQUIRE RE-DYING, THEY REFERRED ME TO PROBRITE. FIBER-SEALS RESPONSIVENESS WAS PARTICULARLY HIGH. AFTER THE SPOT WAS REMOVED, I CALLED FIBER-SEAL TO SEAL IT AND THEY WORKED ME INTO THEIR SCHEDULE QUICKLY BECAUSE OF A NEW YEAR GET TOGETHER I WAS HOSTING.
Description of Work: THEY TRIED TO CLEAN A SPOT ON MY CARPET. AFTER TRYING EVERYTHING THEY COULD AND WORKING HARD, THEY REFERRED ME TO "PROBRITE" WHO WAS ABLE TO GET THE SPOT OUT. AFTER PROBRITE TOOK CARE OF THE SPOT, FIBER-SEAL CAME BACK AND SEALED MY CARPET.
