I called to make an appointment to have 2 deadbolts replaced. He said the soonest he could come would be the next day. I wasn't available until the following Wednesday. I asked if he could come then, he said he could come at 9:00am which would not work for me. I asked if he could come at 1:00pm. He said, 'Oh, Jesus.' Since this seemed to be such a bother for him, I ended the call without hiring him.

Fast Eddy is definitely fast! He and his associate were friendly and polite. They got the work done quickly and upgraded the safety of my door.

Perfect ... he called within two minutes, and arrived at jobsite within 20 mins. Did the work perfectly, with the exception of one new key not working, but returned immediately after our call and made a new key. He was efficient, polite, cheerful, and experienced.

They were excellent all around. Called their home base and got a call back from a field team member within a minute, literally. He was able to get over to my house within 30 minutes from the time he called me back. Warm, friendly, masked service on arrival. And 20 minutes later I was paid up with new locks. Absolutely recommend.

Couldn't have gone better! Eddie was courteous and professional on the phone, with an exact quote. He arrived within 30 minutes, exactly what he had promised, and then right to work with his partner. Really nice guys. No upselling on anything. Showed me how to lock my outside door open. As he was leaving and after I'd paid, I asked him if he might be able to do one more thing: switch my conference room door knob, which had a lock I didn't need, with my office door knob, which didn't have a lock and needed one. He was nice enough to stick around for another 10 minutes to do it for me, then didn't want to charge me for it. Can't say enough about Eddie. An experience you would hope to get from a locksmith: prompt service, efficient installation, courteous and professional all the way.

my back door lock broke on Friday night. I sent message to Fast Eddy's and some other companies right away via Angie's list. Got response from Fast Eddy's that they would be in touch. Got scheduled for right away Monday AM. THey were prompt and knowledgeable. SUpplies I had bought were defective from Menards and they had supplies on them so could do the job. They were very educational about good products and poor products for future purchases. They got the job done in timely manner, and reasonable cost. I would use them again in a heart beat. Great guys and good company. Used angie's list coupon so got a few dollars off too.

Locksmith repaired the lock, rather than suggestion a new lock.

Fast Eddy was wonderful! He not only came immediately, but he provided superb service. He replaced a doorknob/lock that was not as good quality as the one he replaced it with. He was extremely knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. He also oiled our other locks and did not charge us extra. We will definitely use him in the future! I highly recommend him! A+++++++

They arrived within a 1/2 hour of my call. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Couldn't ask for better service. It's nice that they are are front about pricing when you call them. $65 base charge for the trip to the house, $20 for each cylinder.

Eddie and his assistant arrived on time and went to work examining my old locks. It turns out that I had locksets that were purchased with a patent infringement system and could not be rekeyed. Eddie worked with me to obtain and install new locksets on my house and rekeyed my garage deadbolt. He had to make adjustments to the strike plates to fine tone the installation.

Fast Eddy’s was great to work with - super easy to schedule, they arrived early and worked quickly, and were helpful and courteous the whole time in rekeying our house. I will definitely be calling them again with any future key and lock related needs!

I was, to be honest, initially concerned about 'scam' locksmiths that I have read about. However, the reviews here and elsewhere gave me confidence to contact Eddy. Eddy told me Scott would call me right back with more details. And he did, quite literally 30 seconds later. Scott gave me a quick and honest estimate for the work, and even arranged to come right out to help. Scott came quickly (the car was left overnight in a parking lot and he even got there before I did!), did the work amazingly fast, and the price quoted was accurate and fair. I'd been trying, literally, for 2 days to 'break' into the car. If I had known how easy and quick it was for a real professional, I would have called Eddy and Scott immediately. Let me say that this company is professional and not interested in scamming people who are in a temporary moment of vulnerability.

Amazing. I got a call back very quickly, and Scott was at the house within a couple of hours. He determined that the problem was not the result of an attempted break-in (which is what we suspected) and fixed the issue for a very reasonable fee. I was also impressed that on the phone prior to the service call, Scott made me aware of the possibility of needing to replace the lock, and of the expense and timing that would involve. That gave me a little time to get accustomed to that possibility, and discuss it with my family. We are very pleased with Fast Eddys and will contact them again if the need arises.
