+ -1 moreTerrible customer service and the sales people have no idea what they are selling, no follow through to fix their mistakes.
Description of Work: I bought a spa, after asking specific questions of my electrical setup I was told the spa I chose would work. They dropped it off, it the process broke the cover lift and refused to replace it, on top of that, I did not have the correct electoral setup and they refused to help me figure it out. It cost me an additional $1000 to get the electrical changed, if i would have known I would not have picked that one.

+ -1 moreNice showroom floor, somewhat of a hard sell for a spa. Left with a solar cover and no spa.
Description of Work: Bought a solar pool cover from them. They were relatively close to online prices, and local. Some of the sales people working the floor seemed to be pushing the hard sell angle, so we just got the solar cover and not a spa. Ended up buying a spa from "The Pool Store" in Blaine.

+ -1 moreThey did everything without whining and crying about it; they took good care of us when we found the defect and we got an upgraded pool! It was completely painless! We even got some new goodies as a "sorry for the inconvenience gift."
Description of Work: They installed an above ground pool in 2006. In the summer of 2007, they had to replace the pool due to a manufacturer's defect.

+ -1 moreWatson s send someone out to review the situation and it did not look like they had any idea on what to do to fix it. I again contacted the company and spoke to the GM who assured me that they are the best installers of pools and that they will have it fixed, but that they do not have the manufacturer available to consult with. On Monday 6/12 I called and left a message for Kathy - the install manager at the store. On Tuesday I followed up again and left a message for the install manager. On Wednesday I had a call to let me know that the problems are still being worked out and that they have the install instructions from the manufacturer. When I called late the afternoon, I was informed by Kathy that the installers are on their way back because the pool is shorter then the liner. On Thursday I contacted the GM and asked for an update - he had none other then that the manufacturer did not provide the correct information and that there is a liner problem.
Description of Work: I purchased from Watson's a 43'x21' Oval pool with accessories. Watson's required that I get a city permit for the pool first before I could schedule an install. After I received the permit, I called to schedule the install. The install date was set as Tuesday 6/6/06. I set up and made special arrangements for the required fence to be installed around that date with consideration so that Watson's installers will have access to my back yard with their equipment. I also arranged with CWS to bring water in for the pool. When Watson's called me to let me know that the liner is not in and they don't know where it is at, I escalated to their management who found the liner and arranged a new install date on Saturday 6/10. When the installers came and prepared the pool area on 6/10, they found that the equipment does not match and they had too many/too few parts.
