+ -1 moreI scheduled a regular cleaning. Got charged for deep cleaning a large amount, however the quality of the work was mediocre. Not even the bathroom was properly cleaned. I emailed Emilia to stand behind her work, but she has not replied yet. Unfortunately I don't recommend this company

+ -1 moreWe've used them for about 5 years to clean our home. Quality has been good and they are reliable with a good crew. Sometimes they will not put all the furniture back, and they have a habit of dusting pictures and not putting them back level on the wall. This has not bothered us, as they are thorough and do a deeper clean than we would do on our own.

No one showed up for the appointment and I did not receive any call explaining why or an apology from the company for any oversight. Really not impressed.

+ -1 moreAmazing!! I was able to schedule on an emergency basis with only one days notice. At 7 am, Emelia and 4 other cleaners arrived. They took over and managed to clean my house in record time. My house has never been so clean! Highly recommend. I'm having them back to do my move out clean in a couple of weeks!!

They worked around my work schedule, arriving early so I could let them in and did a beautiful job. The cleaning was very thorough and they even got the bathtub sparkling white again! The cost was very reasonable. The team of three finished is less time than estimated - saving me money! An honest and hard working company.

Description of Work: Emilia and her crew of four did a deep cleaning of our 3 BR 2 Bath house with a finished basement, which is about the equivalent of 7-8 hotel rooms. They spent 2 hours, worked very hard, and when they left, the house was spotless. We will definitely ask for their services in the future. Emilia says that with each cleaning, the required time and staff will decrease as the cleaners get accustomed to our place and the place stays orderly. They were professional, punctual, competent, friendly, and worked with a pleasant attitude. The price was appropriate since they gave us 8 person-hours of quality work, just over $20 per person per hour.

Maggie and her crew worked efficiently, and completed the job in about six hours. They cleaned the refrigerator, the stove, the bathrooms, even the basement. They did a great job without needing a ton of direction. It looks fabulous!

They use my cleaning supplies and rags, which is a little different but they toss the rags in the wash for me when they are done. I am so glad I found Family Cleaning Services and recommend them to everyone I know, especially those with excessive pet hair around the house.

+ 0 moreMaggie and Emilia have been cleaning my home every other week for over two years now and I am never disappointed. They are punctual and professional and have become like friends of the family. I am so relieved when they come because I know the house gets cleaned from top to bottom. I always thought I cleaned well but they've brought a new level of clean to my home.
Description of Work: Thorough dusting, floor cleaning, kitchen, and bathrooms. They also have an eye out for details, wiping the baseboards every few or scrubbing hand prints off walls, which helps keeps my home so fresh and clean.

FCS also cleans homes on short term or one time basis in preparation for sale, showings, or move in/out deep cleans. We are happy to do extra jobs like oven cleaning or inside your refrigerator.
FCS does not shampoo carpets.
