We needed to get a treadmill moved from the basement of a home from which we were buying it to the basement of our home and move our old treadmill out for someone else to take. On the basis of a recommendation from Johnson Fitness I called Chris Ball of Exercise Equipment Installation ([*** Link removed ***] Chris and his colleague John were right on time, pleasant and engaging, careful, efficient and highly professional. They disassembled the new treadmill, moved it out with no risk or damage to the house or stairway, moved it into our basement with the same degree of care, reassembled and positioned it and tuned it up. They moved our old treadmill out and secured it so that it could be taken away easily by the people who were picking it up. They really, really, really know what they are doing. This was five-star, gold level service. Outstanding.
