Executive Remodeling

Both my salesman Gary and the workers on site did a great job of keeping me updated on what was going on with the project and they actually finished slightly ahead of schedule. I will definitely recommend Executive Remodeling to my friends.

Executive Exteriors helped us transform our ugly 1970s kitchen into a modern dream kitchen. We met with several different contractors, before choosing Executive Exteriors and the biggest reason we chose Executive was because they were able to see our vision for our dream kitchen like no one else. We met several times with Mike Sauers from Executive Exteriors to come up with the design/layout and cost. Mike was quick to respond to our questions and to schedule a time to meet at our home. We were given digital pictures/layouts so we could envision what the kitchen would look like. Executive Exteriors helped us find a bank that would finance the project. The cost was a little more than we wanted to pay but we chose Executive because they had better ideas for our remodel than any other contractor that submitted bids and ideas and they responded in a more timely manner than many of the other contractors. Mike also gave us an added bonus to our project. At no extra cost, he had the wall between our kitchen and living room, partially opened up, to give us more light and an open feeling. This was not expected and was a nice surprise! From beginning to end, we were included in the project. We were provided an on-site project manager, Jon Olson, who communicated with us on a regular basis and who was also involved with the construction of the cabinets and detailed work. Jon did a lot of the work by himself and deserves a big Kudos. Any time we weren't sure about something or needed to make a change, Jon was our man! We were also very happy with the sub-contractors (plumbers, electricians, drywall) as they were very timely and kept our project on schedule and they did quality work. The entire project took about 8 weeks, which was ahead of the predicted 3 month time frame given to us in the beginning. We have been enjoying every minute in our new kitchen and our friends and family can't stop complimenting us on our wonderful, dream kitchen.

Executive was great from start to finish. Brad, our contact, was attentive and friendly throughout. He worked with my insurance company and made all paperwork smooth and painless. The crew arrived bright and early Saturday morning and completed the entire job before dark. The crew took the time to move any items out of harms way (ie: grill, patio furniture, etc.) and did a great job cleaning up. The new roof is a huge improvement to my houses appearance and value. I would recommend Brad and Executive to anyone!

Project went very smooth, the workers on site were knowledgeable and asked questions when needed. After the project was complete I sold the home and the buyers inspector commented on the quality of the remodel as well.

The remodel went well, It went really really well, the whole kitchen was done in fabulous fashion clean and tidy, new grantie counter tops, marble floors, the lighting and cabinets everything look amazing, A dream come true! They made sure that I was up to date on the project, and I knew what was happening, I had input and some changes along the way, which they were still happy to work with me on, and I can officially say im really happy with the service. I would like to say that when initially we started the remodel i was worried about turnaround time, but they got the job done before the deadline, so im very thankful for that. I also was excited kind of back and forth on my back splash for the kitchen sink area, When this came up, and I literally switched in the middle of construction, a new work order was drawn up and It was no issue for them to make changes necessary to get the job done, Im so picky when it comes to my home and im just happy that I chose the right company to get the job done!

The nicest owner I have ever met. Super talkative and well versed on the trades to get the job done. Whoever his Glass/Shower Door company was, was the best! We get compliments on it all the time

My kitchen was old and outdated. Mike Sowers from Executive Exteriors and Remodeling had a very creative vision for how my new kitchen should look. The conceptual drawings were excellent. He was head and shoulders above all other contractors I interviewed. Mike is a very easy person to work with. He is very responsive. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed. The sub-contractors he used were very courteous and professional. They were punctual and always cleaned up after themselves. The remodel was estimated to take 8 to 10 weeks to complete, but was actually finished in 6 weeks. The finished product was exactly as it was envisioned. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company!

Working with the salesperson was great! I was given multiple options and the costs associated with each. The price was right, fitting within my budget and within the timeframe that I needed the work to be completed. I had options for when I wanted the work to be completed and they made it work around my schedule. The crew was punctual, showing up right when they said they'd be there. Even though it was cold and a little rainy they were there and completed the entire job in about half a day. The cleanup was also great, leaving the property in the same condition as it was when they arrived and with no nails to be found from the demolition. The crew leader and salesperson (Brad) both followed up to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend using Executive Exteriors to anyone and will be using them again in the future should the need arise (for roofing, siding, or any other project). I served as the designer on my own project so I was very involved in the project and thus had the unique opportunity to spend a lot time with Mike and everyone at Executive Remodeling. Remodeling can be a very stressful time for families, but I really enjoyed the entire process. Even my kids were very interested in all the activity and wanted to know "everything" about all the professionals that worked on the project. I had some great professional relationships develop out of this project! At the end, it was a little bittersweet. On the one had we were glad to have our new bathrooms and mudroom, but we sort of missed everyone. One of the first reasons we choose Executive Remodeling over other companies was because they gave us a very reasonable price and they had a team of experts working on the project. Mike, the owner, has a very good relationship with his subcontractors, who were all top notch. I was able to be at home during the remodel and I had the opportunity to ask lots questions of each professional who came into our home. I had a great deal of confidence in each of the subs and the project manager. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to and they gave us great advice each step of the way. Furthermore, Executive Remodeling does a great job of managing expectations which is extremely important in keeping stress levels low and keeping the project moving along smoothly. Every project has a few unexpected issues. And our project was no exception, but we told beforehand that this was a possibility and then when it did happen, it really wasn't a big deal. It's a year later since Executive Remodeling finished up with our project and everything still looks great! We had a wonderful experience with this company and we'd choose them again.

The team at Executive Exteriors and Remodeling were quick to come out to the house and inspect the damage to my roof an give me a few different options on what they could do to repair and/or upgrade my roofing. Mike was very helpful with working with my insurance company to make sure I filed my claim correctly. After everything was done with the insurance his team was out at my house within a week and got both buildings done in 2 days (1 day for each building) I will Gladly use them again when doing more remodeling around the house.

All the projects went pretty well. I was able to utilize our front porch, during the Winter, with the floor insulated! The finished basement project looks good & we have had no problems to date.

Great. In 2 days they took my old siding off, replaced any rotten underlining then placed vinyl siding on the garage. They also replaced rotten trim around a window and wrapped all of the trim in aluminum. They also replaced a service door and caulked everything. All in all they did a great job. They had a dumpster brought in to take all of the old and scrap material away. I am planning on other projects and would definitely hire them again

Our project was a big one! We began work on our project quickly with Executive Remodeling and finished our full demolition and remodel in just over 3 months. We worked closely with our project manager on design and style choices as well as the scheduling. The project remained on time and on budget and Executive was even able to help direct us to where we financed our project. We are very happy and satisfied with our basement project and have recommended them to several friends and family members already.

Worked with Brad Harmon (1-651-755-1334),a sales consultant with Executive Exteriors. Brad did an expert job guiding us through all facets of the three projects we completed with Executive Exteriors. The scope of work, between all three projects, was extensive and time consuming. The work was completed in a timely manner with highly qualified contractors (really excellent) and exceeded my expectations in both price and quality of work.

Our experience was very positive. Mike made sure everything was done in an expert manner and on a good timeline. I highly recommend their work.

Mike has an extensive network of contractors that he must put a lot of work into making sure that there is nothing but quality work that is done by them. From the window install guys to the roofing team to the interior painting crew even down to Mike's on-site supervisor, everyone was very professional, very curtious, very considerate to my property and always flexible with what I wanted done. Executive Exteriors is not the cheapest in town but I am a believer in you get what you pay for and Mike's focus is definitely on quality, not quantity. I would highly recommend using Mike and his team for any housing projects you have. Everything is done very professionally and he is always very thankful for your business.

We set a time of 4:00 pm for them to come to our house. At 3:00 pm Trevor called and confirmed that he was coming out. We really appreciated that since the other company we called flaked out on us. Executive not only was able to come same day but double confirmed. My fiance got off work early and met him at the house. Trevor was already there waiting. He looked at the exterior and interior of our house. He really made us feel comfortable. We explained that we in no way were ready for high costs and repairs. With the wedding coming up we just could not do another stress filled situation. Trevor was really upfront and honest with us. He showed us where and how the water was coming in. He showed us a series of different options from a and quot;drain tile systemand quot; to a and quot;french drainand quot; and took the time to explain to us what they are and how they work. He explained that with a little and quot;probingand quot; he would be able to give us the best option. We really appreciated just getting information without feeling forced into a corner. The next day I got a call from Austin from Executive. He followed up to see if everything went well. He was very sympathetic to our situation and offered me information with their in house financing to make it easier for us. I thought that was really awesome that there was even an option. We ultimately did the quick fix for now and it appears to be working but we know that after the wedding we are going to call them and have them get us all squared away! These things never happen at and quot;goodand quot; times but it was perfect that we found and quot;greatand quot; people!

Great team to work with from start to finish. Mike the owner arrived to our appointment on time with a thorough list of choices. He asked the right questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. He even helped us secure financing that made sense. The crew was very hardworking and professional. They did a great job and I would highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

We are in the beginning stages of starting our project and it has been a wonderful experience working with Executive. Mike and Trevor have made our process a pleasant experience. They have gone above and beyond our expectations. They are a dedicated and hard working team. They set up future appointments with us and brought samples to show us, without having to ask for them. They were well prepared. Both Mike and Trevor listened to our ideas, wants and concerns. They offered phenominal feedback to all of our questions and concerns as well. They were very creative with their ideas for our project.

Executive did a great job with my siding project. They came through with the timeline that was promised and price that was unbeatable. My sales representative Brad was very knowledgeable and was not pushy in any way. Also, Darrah was a great, as their project manager, she kept me updated with all the details and the timeline. The employees are great, they really have a dedicated team of professionals to ensure that the job gets done the right way the first time!

The finished house is better than we planned and far exceeded what we had originally planned. The ideas Trevor had and the execution of those plans were both top notch. His suggestions about changing some flooring and cabinets turned out fantastic and look and will work better than our original plan. He made suggestions, but was in no way pushy about it-the choices were fully ours to make. He took care of a few details that we had overlooked telling him about in the first place, and he especially has been wonderful to work with. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how Executive Exteriors and Remodeling took care of our house. We were, frankly, pretty nervous about having to be gone while most/all of the work was being done. Due to the contact and updates (with pictures, often times) that we had with them, it was not painful at all. I hate writing reviews where I mark a company all A+ and glowing comments, but I have nothing to complain about here. This has really been great with them from start to finish. I would very confidently recommend them to anyone!

I had the worst possible experience with this and quot;company.and quot; The contractor overpriced every part of the work that was done - to the point that my insurance company refused to pay for the work without invoices from the subcontractors hired by the company. The company refused. While they argued I sat without a working kitchen for over four months. I finally got a lawyer involved and fired Executive Exteriors, still overpaying them for the work they claimed to have done just to be done with them. In the process of the four months, every sub (paint, drywall, demo, insulation, etc) either didn't do the job that was expected or created more damage to my home in the process.Finally, before my insurance company agreed to repairs at my house the contractor representing the company tried to sell me other things (you need to replace your bulging siding, you need a new roof, you need more insulation in your attic) - all the while telling me and quot;I can't guarantee it but the insurance company will pay for it....but they should because of the ice dam....and we offer financing if they don't.and quot; Absolute. Nightmare. Experience.

Now that the project is complete, I should start by saying I am very happy with my bathrooms. That being said, the process was not easy at all. Mike was very difficult to communicate with, his availability was challenging, and he missed our communicated deadline significantly (I was guaranteed everything would be done before a New Years Eve party, but his workers weren't out of my house until late January). There were also issues with getting the needed hardware to my house. By the end, we finally just agreed that he would write me a check for the parts that never arrived for one of the showers and I had to coordinate that installation on my own. Again, to be fair, I am happy with the finished product, but I would not use Executive Exteriors again. The difficult communication and missed deadlines made the process way more difficult than I expected. I'm certain there are contractors that would outperform what I experienced.

I did not contact them. He was a little pushy. They contacted me. He called within 2 days of the time I was starting the full process and I wasn't reluctant to use him since I hadn't made the initial contact but then I looked him up on the list and he was fine. He had enough good ratings. So I agreed to have him come out and he was very aggressive ever since. He came out right away and he called me every day to see whether I was going to use him or not and I said no and I was waiting on the other bids to come in and he called in between there. I think his estimate of the time that it would take was not feasible but he was going to have it done in a short period of time and I was a little leery of what he said. He certainly was persistent and it was kind of off putting. He was very responsive. He came in on time. They came when they said they were going to be there.
