Very friendly but efficient scheduling. The company offered a free on-site estimate, but I was willing to go with the scheduler's guess of cost based on my rough description of the space. On the day of cleaning, the office called to reconfirm and ask if the team could be here earlier. They did give me the cost before starting---amazingly, only a very few dollars more. Tom and Carl make a great team and did a remarkable job on the off-white carpet on the stairs to the basement.

Arrived exactly on time. They revised the phone quote after seeing the area to be cleaned, so it was much lower than I thought it would be, which was great! I was very impressed with how clean the carpet was when they finished - I had pet stains (some recent, some had been there for a while) that I wasn't sure could ever be removed, but they're gone now. Overall, they were prompt, pleasant, professional, finished the work in a timely manner, charged a price I felt was reasonable, and did a terrific job.

Did a less than average job. They told me they had had good luck removing stains in the past, but couldn't guarantee results. When I got the rug home and inspected it, I was very disappointed. It looked like it hadn't even been cleaned at all. A complete waste of money. The runners turned out a little better, but I wasn't impressed with their job on them either. I would have been better off trying to clean the rugs myself.

They arrived on time and finished in exactly 3 hours just as they had estimated. They were very careful about covering the floor and other areas around the furniture with drop cloths. The were very courteous and respectful and worked quickly and thoroughly. I was amazed at what a difference it made in the color of my furniture! The rug was ready to be picked up the next day and was also in great condition after being cleaned.

They are the only company I call for spot removal, they are the best. Very professional and their specialty is getting out spots and taking care of good carpets.

Everyone was very courteous. The gentleman who provided the quote was on time for the appointment as was the actual cleaner. The cleaner showed me the dirty water after cleaning the love seat to show what was removed. The men who delivered the rugs did a great job putting the rugs back down and the furniture back where I directed. Everything was finished within the time frame I was given.

They're very professional in appearance and manner. They just do a really good job. I've always been pleased with them. I've used them for 10 or 12 years.

I had a pleasant experience from the time I scheduled the appointment, when Mike the owner came out for an estimate, to when Carl and Tom showed up at my door at precisely 8:30 a.m. They were punctual, courteous, helpful and hardworking. They even saved me money. I was planning on have the carpets Scotch guarded, but they cleaned up so well Carl said we didn't have to do it. I saved $121! I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of work they performed.

Excellent. This company is a very easy to communicate with. They used non-toxic cleaners.

They gave me an estimate of $367.40. They were more expensive for less work. I used some one else who could do my blinds and drapes. They sounded professional as I did receive instant answers. They knew their jobs and knew exactly how to clean them and overall, what they were doing.

EVERYONE WAS VERY PLEASANT, THEY CALLED TO CONFIRM, THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. I WAS HOPING THAT MY UPHOLSTERY WOULD END UP ABSOLUTELY GLEAMING, BUT THERE WAS 6 YEARS OF DIRT ON A CREAM SECTIONAL, SO I GUESS PERFECTION MAY HAVE BEEN A BIT OPTIMISTIC. THE SAME GOES FOR OUR CREAM CARPET...THE HEAVY TRAFFIC AREA IS NOT QUITE AS CLEAN AS THE REST, BUT IT IS STILL ALL MUCH, MUCH CLEANER. I TOLD THE TECHNICIAN I WANTED TO SEE THE DIRTY WATER CHANGED OUT, AND IT WA HEINOUS. WHILE IT'S NOT PERFECT, I'M SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME. THE PRICE, HOWEVER, SEEMED PRETTY STEEP. IT TOOK 2 HRS TO CLEAN THE COUCH AND COST $275, AND THE 20 MIN. JOB OF THE CARPET COST OVER $100. WHILE I DID AGREE TO PAY THOSE PRICES, I PROBABLY WOULDN'T HIRE THEM AGAIN BASED ON THEIR FEES.

THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING IN CLEANING THE TWO CHAIRS THAT I INITIALLY BROUGHT IN. THEN I WAS ABLE TO PICK THOSE UP WHEN I BROUGHT IN THE OTHER TWO CHAIRS. THE CHAIRS WERE BADLY STAINED AND ALL BUT A COUPLE OF SMALL STAINS WERE REMOVED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME AND THE EXPEDIENCY OF THE SERVICE.

VERY GOOD AND CAN PROVIDE SPOT WORK AS WELL. EXPERT JOB, PLEASANT AND COMPETENT. VERY PLEASED.
