Description of Work: Exclusively Yours cleaned the carpeting on the main floor of our home. They were able to set up the cleaning on the day I requested. They arrived on time and quoted me the exact cost before they started cleaning. They were very professional and followed the manufacturers recommended cleaning instructions. The furniture was placed on plastic casters to keep it off the damp carpeting. Also, they laid down paper runners so we could walk on the carpet. I would use this company again and recommend it to my friends.

FROM BEGINNING TO END, MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH FOR SCHEDULING, ETC. EVERYONE I INTERACTED WITH WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND ACCOMMODATING. I HAD SOME DIFFICULT STAINS TO REMOVE, SOME OF WHICH DID NOT COME OUT WITH CLEANING. THE COMPANY ASSESSED THIS UP FRONT, AND ADVISED THAT THIS MAY BE THE CASE, SINCE THE STAINS WERE A COUPLE WEEKS OLD BY THE TIME I CALLED THEM TO DO THE WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY CARPET CLEANING NEEDS, AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN MYSELF.
