Excellent Cleaningz

From the very beginning, my dealings with this company were utterly horrendous. Communication with the owner, Iris, had to be done via text messages because her phone wasn't working right. We scheduled a date and time: 9:00 AM on Saturday. That Friday and Saturday were the days of the massive storm. Given the condition of the roads, I gave extra time for them to arrive, but I expected a phone call at the very least, telling me they were running late. I never receive a phone call. At 10:00, I called Iris. She didn't answer but texted me back, telling me that the cleaners turned around and went back home. Long text conversations followed, with offers to come out on Sunday instead. Finally, Iris found cleaners to come out between 1:00 and 2:00 that day. At 2:23, they arrived; again with no phone call telling me they'd be late. Their job was to clean top to bottom, specifically cleaning the high traffic areas of the walls and the many wood blinds in every room of my house. Shortly after they left, and in the days following the 'cleaning', we found that my large hutch hadn't been dusted, lamps were left untouched, the walls hadn't been cleaned and at least half the wood blinds remained untouched. You could see dust marks on much of the furniture; indicating they swiped a rag or Swiffer on the edge of the furniture but no further. They didn't move any of the knickknacks on tables and the hutch in order to dust. The list of the unprofessional dealings with Excellent Cleaningz is too long to type here. Suffice to say it was a nightmare. Eventually, I was refunded my entire payment. Fair and equitable? Yes. However, I was still left with a house that needed cleaning to prepare for being put on the market for sale..

Iris is about as friendly and customer service oriented as they come. She was prompt at responding to messages, ensured timely communication, and let me know when they were running a little behind schedule. For the amount of work she and her husband do for their clients, it didn't matter at all--just shows how much effort goes into their business. Iris not only excels at doing a great job at cleaning, but she goes out of her way to make sure the client is satisfied before they leave. Most small cleaning companies have an hourly rate so they watch the clock or slow down to earn extra money--not the case with Excellent Cleaningz. They have a flat fee so you know what you're getting up front. That was what drew me in. I'm so excited to have her back to help me with my new apartment once I'm settled in more! I see a few spots in my bathroom that I know I can't get out but I'm sure she can work her magic on!!

Job went pretty good, as promised there were no hidden charges and I am Very happy with the cleaning...Very detail oriented and thorough...cabinets inside and ousted and bathroom Were sparkling clean....kitchen was a Mess and it literally took them A lot of hours to finish...very impressed by them..

Great workers, very good in communication and very thorough with job as promised...totally recommend

Excellent. On time, thorough, from the ceiling caps to the toilet bases. Dusted. Washed, moved furniture as needed. Clear communication as we set up and determined price. I will use again for periodic deep cleaning.
