The guys were punctual and very professional. They completed the work in a timely manner. They also were honest about repairs and cost. I would definitely work with them again. Kim and JoAnne in the office were very kind and easy to communicate with.

Electric City under promised and over delivered. It was one of those 8-hour jobs (without electricity or heat) that ended up taking only 3.5 hours. The tech was respectful, thorough, fast and tidy afterwards. I'm very pleased.
Description of Work: Replaced old fuse box with a breaker box, including installing a grounding line to my water meter and planting an 8ft grounding rod into my patio, between bricks.

He was a very nice man. Seemed to know what he was doing.
Description of Work: I had an outlet that was warm to the touch. I was concerned. They came out to a look. The wire was detached. He inspected a couple other things while he was here.

I would recommend Electric City for any residential work you need done. I needed just a small job done - the addition of a 3-way switch in an upstairs bedroom. The guys who came out were friendly, professional, punctual and did a good job. Although it was just a small job, they did not treat me any differently. I will use this company in the future.
