They contacted me shortly after I made a project request, arrived on time and were clear on their estimate (which was lower than the other one I received). Joe did a good job and explained the questions I had in careful detail. He took all of the old fixtures with him and was tidy; he also took the time to explain how to remove the shade on an unusual fixture I had installed. Good experience--my cats even liked him!

Arrived as scheduled, provided a detailed plan allowing me to make choices about cost, cleaned up thoroughly. A good experience.

I never worked much with the company itself, but I did get to know the one worker Joe McCauley very well. He was one of the most pleasant individuals I have had the pleasure to work with and anyone looking for work done on their home would be fortunate to have him working on their projects. He communicated everything he was doing, and when there were a few minor snags he explained them to me. I was worried this project would be a nightmare but Joe McCauley with Edison Electric made it very pleasant.
