2 days of work went flawlessly.

They were courteous and polite, however they didn't seem very knowledgeable. I ended up figuring out the issue myself. They didnt seemed concerned with trying the least expensive option first. They kinda jumped to a larger more expensive option. I suggested we try the smaller fix first and it worked and ended up saving me a bunch of money. When I got the bill, I thought, it was ridiculously high. The part was about half of what they charged me for it. Once I called and complained, they lowered the bill. When I did call, they were very polite and professional and did ultimately adjust the bill. I would not use them in the future just because I felt they either weren't knowledgeable enough or didn't trust their judgement.

I called to get an estimate on upgrading our electrical panel, as it was full and rather a mess, due to several sub-contractors working on other home remodeling projects. They were polite and courteous, and came out promptly to provide an estimate. We reviewed their suggestions and decided on a course of action. A detailed estimate was provided before any work was performed. They were on site when expected, and in fact, called when they were on their way. The work was satisfactorily completed in a timely manner, . They wore shoe covers to avoid a mess in the house and cleaned up after work completion. They also pulled the required electrical permit, and arranged for the inspections. I was well satisfied with the company and will hire them again for all my electrical needs. I have also recommended to friends and family.

The guys who showed up were pleasant enough, but maybe that's because they are eager to overcharge.

We were not able to get electrical outlets to work in our bathroom and garage. The service man came out was very polite, professional. After testing some of our outlets and electrical, he informed us after a short period of time that our fuse blew. He went to our fuse panel, flipped the fuse. We were embarrassed we did not discover this problem but I was very happy that the service man handled our call in a professional manner and he also asked if there was anything else he could provide us with while he was at our home since we were paying for a service call. He was happy to give us an estimate for installing a light fixture and I plan to call them back.

They are very pleasant and they work very cleanly - you don't know anyone was there when they are done. There were no surprises and it went well. I was pleased with what they did.

They arrived on time and promptly gave us a fair estimate. When we decided to move forward with the work, they completed the work on time and as promised. I would hire Edison Electric again.
