Description of Work: Bruce Hendrickson was our realtor for both selling our house and buying a new one. He was very helpful in the long process of preparing our house for the market. He had a lot of vendors to recommend and they did a great job. Our house looked great. He helped us choose a reasonable listing price and worked hard with two open houses the first weekend. It sold in 5 days. He also helped us find a new house and took us out many times to look at a lot of houses. He did everything you would hope your realtor would do!

Description of Work: We worked with Mark Kouatli of Edina Realty. Mark met us in 2011 to look for homes, but we had to take a break in our search. We then resumed this last winter and Mark was very professional. He was ridiculously punctual to the dot and showed us homes even on snowstorm days. He did his real estate research very thoroughly and advised us on the do's and don'ts for first time home buyers. He was patient and showed us different types of homes too. His associates at Edina Realty mortgage were equally professional in processing our loan in time and our closing went super smooth. | |Did they offer the best prices in town? I don't know. For what we paid, their service was exceptional. Mark's associate Tony who helped us with our loan was very open and honest about rates and protected our rates even as I rate-shopped. So they came across as a bunch of honest men doing business ethically in the customer's best interest. Even as I came to Tony with better rates outside, he explained the legal intricacies and potential pitfalls for homeowners. Will recommend.

Description of Work: Mike Nash of Edina Realty provided above-and-beyond professional service during an extended search for a new home. As this was our tenth home purchase, I have many other realtor experiences to compare with his, and he is at the very top. His extensive knowledge and experience in the Twin Cities market made looking for an appropriate new home easy, and although home owning is not a new thing for us, I greatly appreciated his advice and comments about homes we viewed. (As we were the buyers, there was no commission allotted to us.) Should you wish an experienced veteran realtor, you could do no better than Mike Nash and Edina Realty.
