I am very unhappy with this company. At first Renata was fantastic- on time and did a great job. Then her company started not to appear on scheduled cleaning days. After three very generous reschedules and no-shows I again emailed Renata and she admitted that she has moved out of state. When I asked where the key to my house was, I was told it would be mailed to me. I have yet to get the key back and have had to find another company. This company is no longer functional as far as I can tell and I would suggest not using it.

I was very excited to hire this firm to do my work. Very pleasant, I love the on-line calendar to book your appointments -- seemed like they'd work out well. The first cleaning was good -- although they were almost an hour late, she called to let me know which I really appreciated. The work performed was good, I was happy. The problem was in subsequent scheduling. Scheduled a next cleaning -- no show, no call. I left several messages that day, but to no avail. I received a call back from her in a couple of days, she was very apologetic and I thought -- we all make mistakes, no problem. She also offered half off the cleaning which I thought was good customer service. So I scheduled another cleaning on-line and then called and let her know I'd like a confirming call back. She called back, said the available time on the calendar was a little tight, could they come at 1:00 rather than 12. I thought it odd that they had the time available on the calendar but needed to negotiate it, but I was ok with it. Get home that evening -- no one had showed to clean my house and no notification. That's it -- no more chances for this firm.

We had Ecomama clean twice so far, and we couldn't be happier. The owner met with us, was very specific about the services and the differences between the light and full cleaning, and everything was done as agreed. The quality of the cleaning was excellent- not only thorough, but several problem areas were magically solved. And we love the fact that Mrs. Meyers products are used, and other environmentally friendly methods and cleaners are used. Everything was painless and easy. My wife commented she felt like we live in a nice hotel because of the service. Highly recommended!

Great. I scheduled the service online and Renata was in touch with me the next day. Two women came over and scrubbed my house until it sparkled. They were punctual, responsible and fastidious. I was so impressed with the job they did that I have since signed up for bi-weekly cleaning. Definitely use them!

great. found them via craigslist. they came out, did an estimate, did an inital deep clean and now come 2x a month. great!
