Description of Work: Coughlin Construction has done multiple jobs for our clients. They do the highest quality work and are professional, courteous and always prompt. The work is always excellent. We have had a multiple services on multiple projects.

+ 3 moreEric was fantastic to work with. He came ahead of time to review our needs and offer a fair and accurate estimate. On the day the work began he was here early and stayed late to make sure we everything that needed to be done on day one was completed. He coordinated with other resources when additional help or expertise was needed. All of this was captured in the original estimate and there were no hidden surprises. We were thrilled with the expertise and service provided on our home improvement needs.
Description of Work: Eric installed a window and patio door on the main level of our house. He had the skill and knowledge to reconfigure our basement, patch the wall and repair the ceiling.

If you have a clear vision of what you're looking to accomplish they will execute it, they also came to the table with ideas for improving my space. Set clear expectations from the get-go and I'm confident you will have a positive experience! I would recommend to family and friends!
Description of Work: EC Construction LLC help me with a remodel. Eric work on a variety of projects for me, painting, structural improvements, windows, dry wall. Eric and his colleagues were always professional, on-time and responsive. I am very happy with the results.

I had a strict budget and he was able to come in and assess the situation and let me know all my options with the amount of money I had to spend. I wanted to get into the duplex in 5 weeks and he had all the work done (as promised) a week before my deadline. He was my one-stop shop. I priced out a number of other contractors and their estimates came in really high and most of them were not able to do everything I needed. I really wanted to work with one company. EC Construction was the best choice! I have received so many compliments on my place! I was also able to rent out the other unit in the duplex for well over the amount it was originally rented out for with the previous owner, due to all the amazing work that Eric and his crew did. I will definitely be calling Eric for all my future home improvement needs!
Description of Work: I purchased a run down duplex. EC Construction completed the following: -installed new windows and doors -full kitchen remodel -full bathroom remodel -exterior repairs such as replacing rotted wood -turned a door to a small dining room closet into a wall and was able to take that extra closet space behind the door and make a beautiful walk in closet in one of the bedrooms -new exterior front deck/stoop -new dry wall/fixed bubbled out walls and ceilings - fixed water damaged areas -lead base paint removal -interior and exterior painting -refinished hardwood floors -custom tile job in both the kitchen and bath
