Description of Work: We got a scrape and recoat with two coats of poly. Todd's team also replaced a half dozen radiator holes left over from radiator replacement. The floors look fantastic and Todd's team did a wonderful job and were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend/use them in the future.

Description of Work: I called them to get an estimate based on the service area listed in their Angie's list ad. They say the service Hennepin County but when I told them we live in Champlin they said they do not go that far. It was a waste of my time reading their reviews and calling them. They should change their service area in the ad.

Description of Work: Placed an online request for an estimate and within two business days, had an appointment scheduled. Upon arrival, Todd was prompt and even waited in his truck, in the driveway until the exact scheduled appointment time. Todd was very thorough, answering questions and concerns. Emailed the estimate to re-finish three bedrooms, within one business day. Work will be performed in mid-April and will submit another review post completion.

Description of Work: Todd and his crew from Earl's Floor Sanding do a great job at a reasonable price. The end product is beautiful!!! The work entailed tearing up about 650 square feet of old hardwood flooring, resecuring and improving the existing subfloor, chipping out some concrete from a portion of the house foundation that had heaved up over the years to allow for some new subflooring, and installation of new maple flooring with staining and finishing. Additionally, the crew sanded and refinished about 250 square feet of existing newer hardwood flooring in the kichen and sunroom. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and the place was left relatively spotless at the end of the job. We had 3 bids from 3 different Angies list "A" graded hardwood floor companies--Earl's bid was nearly the same as one and 20% lower than the other. We are very satisfied and would recommend Earl's to anyone interested in hardwood floor installation or refinishing.
