Dustin was great to work with. Showed up on time, had creative solutions to our porch issues and executed them on time and on budget. The work site was left spotless and he checked back to make sure there were no lingering issues.

Dustin was great he got our basement fixed up better than new after the recent thaw caused some unprecedented leaking. Courteous, clean and did the job right. Replaced drywall, framing and installed a new floating tile floor. He took the time to do everything the right way and was prompt and professional. He is top of the list for next time we need a project done big or small.

Dustin Monahan was very efficient in both his work and in his analysis of the problems of the project. All of his recommendations were accepted. His price for the project was very fair. He was very clean and neat in his work. He contacted me every day and explained what he intended to accomplish on that day and worked according to schedule. He is very personable and I would highly recommend him. Would definitely use him again if needed.

We gave Dustin a large down payment and he left the workplace without completing the work. Very unreliable in terms of keeping any schedule and when he did show up, he left the workplace a mess each evening. A nice guy on initial impression and the work he actually completed was acceptable but I can not recommend a contractor who walks away with unearned money.

I needed my tuck under garage door opening expanded. It was a tricky job with the concrete and stucco repair work but Dustin and Jacob jumped right in. From the quote to the finished product these guys are professional and pay attention to detail! I will definitely use them again for future projects and will recommend them to family and friends.

Dustin did an exceptional job in the home improvement projects that we contracted him to complete. He is honest in his assessment of what needs to be done and displays high craftsmanship in his construction. Dustin is reliable and has strong communication skills as well. As an individual with little construction knowledge he took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was important to complete. We have consistently used Dustin the past six months and will doing so in the future as well. I would give him ten stars as well if I could!

I have a 1910 Craftsman Bungalow style home. I needed to install a new mirror in the original bathroom cabinet and didn't have a clue how to get it done without ruining the antique frame. Dustin made it look fabulous, keeping the original casing intact. It is difficult to find someone that appreciates these early 1900 homes and believes in restoring and keeping the original look. He is very talented and was most informative on all aspects of future projects that we have in mind. He gave advise on all levels that was most appreciated. Dustin was a joy to work with and I will definitely call on him again in the future. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Dustoff Renovations fixed my chimney like it was new, and also repaired stucco and matched the stucco color to the original stucco. Dustin Monahan is great with customer service and gets the job done in a timely manner!

Work was excellent, and done in a timely manner. Communication was great. IF I could give them 6 or more stars I would. Definitely pleased with our three season porch and the new floor, walls, moldings, and paint job.
