+ -1 moreDustin Doebber is a so-called real estate/leasing agent from BLS Real Estate and attempts to lease rental property off of Craig's list and maybe other sources. He collects application fees from people for rental properties, doesn't get back to them if application is approved and when pressed says it is and then wants you to sign a lease quickly before giving you all the necessary info. Then he says rental property is no longer available. Keeps the $$; doesn't refund the $$ and works with a "sham" company called "Tenant Check" in St. Paul that claims to process your application. The people in these rental homes have no intention of moving. There is no signs of packing, intent to move, etc. Most recently Dustin says he works for a subsidiary of Re/Max called "Agent Referral Network". Re/Max has a web page that explains this scam. He also never has any business cards with him.
