I called Andrew from Durapro Painting to get an painting estimate. I got 3 other estimates just to compare. Andrew was in the middle pricing and I decided to go with them. He was very professional, explained what they do for preparation, he even found some siding boards that needed to be replaced that no one saw that before. Something that I like is that he listened to my concerns and advice how to fix and handle different problems in my home. I'm not good with color decisions so Andrew got a professional color expert to help me with colors. She was from Sherwin Williams and was a great help. I wasn't sure if I needed to use the best paint for my house but in the end I used the best because Andrew and Sherwin Williams advised me to do so. I'm glad I did it cause I know is going to last for a very long time. During the preparation process they replaced few boards around the house, they did prime and caulk gaps, joints and fill wood p***** holes. All windows got tape and masked. The finished product turn out great. My house looks just like new, Im very pleased and happy! Andrew and his crew were very respectful, attention to detail was great. They painted my house, decks and shed. I highly recommend DuraPro for your painting needs!

It went exceptionally well, from start to finish. I am a bit of a researcher, so I talked to a variety of companies and received three bids. DuraPro's bid was the mid-point, with one quite higher and one quite a lot lower. In terms of knowledge and expertise, Andrew was every bit the professional. I certainly did not talk to anyone who knew their stuff better, that's for sure. He was responsive and respectful, prompt, clear, and communicative. He discussed the process in detail, some options to save a little money if necessary, and provided detailed explanations of the paints he uses (Sherwin Williams), their relative costs and benefits, and what parts of the house would be painted with what kind of paints and primers (and sheens). He talked about the project timeline, who would be doing the actual painting, the makeup of his team, and what they would do for quality assurance. He even told me about a home he had painted near ours. I was able to drive by and take a peek at his work product, which was calming for me, too. Part of the planning process was also a free one-hour in-home consultation with a Sherwin Williams color consultant (who was also great). She helped us decide on which elements of the house are best painted in which of our color choices. It was very helpful. We knew pretty much what colors we wanted, but she was great to just refine the details of our picks. The project itself was flawless. We timed it so we were out of town when DuraPro did the work. We left our drab old white and 1960s blue home and came back to a contemporary, clean, buttoned-up abode. There was no mess and no fuss. Andrew scheduled a follow up to walk through the project with me inch by inch. We found a couple of (very small) things that he wanted to have his guys touch up, and they completed that part of the project promptly and cleanly, too. The result was a smooth, complete, confidence-inspiring transaction and a delightful new-looking home to return to every night after work. The wife and I both love it. Not a single regret. In fact, in addition to referring DuraPro to some other folks in the neighborhood, we also have invited them back to do an interior project or two, too. Great stuff. My ONLY critique is that I would have liked it if DuraPro took credit cards. They do not. I would have liked the points on my card instead of writing a check.

The quote from Andrew was prompt and reasonable. He scheduled the work quickly and they completed early and the cost was under budget. They cleaned up and reinstalled gutters and lights. Andrew was easy to work with and concerned with customer satisfaction. I would use Durapro again. Thanks for the great job.

They haven't executed anything yet so it remains to be seen. I think they're probably starting work this week or next. It was great, wonderful. The guy who came out was very professional and he communicated when he was arriving. He talked to me about the scope of work so it was all very good.

Andwrew and his crew cam in & repaint all my walls & ceilings & did a bunch of staining & varnishing of new woodwork

Painter was very picky, so ultimate job looks very good. I forgot how difficult it can be to live in dust and mess. Lead painter tried to make it as easy on us as he could. Some confusion on total price. Painter discussed with me additional work in wallpaper removal and we agreed to add $300. Person who bid thought we were paying another $500, but owner took our check. We feel this is a very honorable and hardworking business.

John, from Durapro, was very personable and quite helpful. We look very forward to working with them in the future.

I was under the gun to get a house painted due to a housing inspection. I knew I was cutting it short; totally my fault. But Andrew discovered that we had a time crunch and rearranged his schedule to accomodate our job. He has done a great job, even dealing directly with the housing inspector! I highly recommend him! He is very professional, and does quality work! In fact, we have another house for him to paint!!

Excellent - exceeded my expectations and I am a perfectionist! The house looks brand new. The attention to detail was amazing. The crew was pleasant to have in my home, very nice, very respectful and they did an amazing job. Everything was expertly taped off, furniture moved, lights covered etc. and then put back when completed. They worked quickly and efficiently and were so thorough. Andrew was a pleasure to work with - returned my calls promptly, gave us a very fair price and booked my job very quickly. This is the second time we have used Durapro - last summer, we did the exterior and were equally impressed. And they stand by their work! We had one area that needed touch-up after the rough winter weather and now it's perfect once again.

I had our realtor over to prepare our house for the market. Immediately, he commented on my color choice in the bathroom and living room. He encouraged us to paint as soon as possible. While I was sad to see my yellow and blue colors go, I want the house to sell so I agreed! My husband is super busy at work and was unable to take time off so I decided we needed to hire out for the job. A couple of years ago I had Durapro Paint paint the entire exterior of our house and pull wallpaper and paint in our basement. They did a great job. They were prompt, respectful, put things back, and did a great job. We get compliments all the time! So, I frantically called Andrew again hoping to have a painter dispatched as soon as possible. I explained my predicament to him and NO JOKE, a painter was at my house at 8:00 a.m. the following morning. By 4:00 p.m. that day, my living room and bathroom were primed and painted and I fully expect to have our house on the market this next week. I love Andrew and the painters at Durapro Paint. I highly recommend using them for any of your interior or exterior painting needs.

Contacted Andrew regarding getting a quote for interior and exterior painting plus having wood windows re-stained and varnished. Appointment was set for April 14th between 2:30 - 5. He called at 1:57 to let me know he had finished with his other appointment and could come over right away. We walked thru the project together looking at what needed to be done. He took detailed notes and explained what they could do and how they would do it and pointed out flaws from previous painter and indicated that this would not happen with his crew. He says that Becker Furniture World hired them as their exclusive painter and they are the only ones who do all the Becker locations. He will send me the letter from Becker along with the bid. He said he would be working on my bid that night and would forward the information via email. On April 15th he calls to apologize that he did not get the bid to me as promised and will work on it that night. Finally received bid on Friday April 19th. I reviewed the bid over the weekend and sent an email to Andrew on Monday morning letting him know I was excepting the bid, wanted to schedule the painting and also had some questions. I followed up with a phone call to Andrew as well. He said he would read over my email and give me a call later that day. By Friday I had not heard from Andrew so I reforwarded my email to him requesting a date when the work could begin. He called at 5:41pm saying he could call me later that night. We agreed on 7pm; he left me a voice mail at 8:19pm stating he would either call me on Saturday or Monday. I have never heard back from Andrew. The questions I had from his bid were: The number of windows in his final count was correct, so therefore the total $ was correct, but when he listed out the specific rooms and which windows were going to be done he neglected to completely list one of the bedrooms and then miscounted the number in the master bedroom. I didn't want it to be an issue when the painters were here doing the work. He did not list the specific paint we had talked about in the bid - during our conversation he indicated that they normally used another brand and I wanted to make sure that they used the Benjamin Moore paint we discussed. He had indicated an amount for priming the exterior of the house put then in preparations said it was just "spot prime" so I was looking for clarification that the whole James Hardie and columns were being primed as we discussed not just spot primed. I did not see a discount per the coupon from a mailer I had received so I didn't know if he had included that in the bid as normally they show that in the bid. Andrew came off as being very sincere, knowledgeable and particular about how his crew does their work. His attentiveness started at 100% but then slowly slid down to 0%. I really wanted this to work but since he never got back to me I am assuming he doesn't need by $7300 and I needed to set up my job with another painting company. As per the letter from Becker Furniture World it does indicate that DuraPro has done painting for them but then indicates in another paragraph that they have bid on another job - so to me that does not indicate that they are the only painter they use as they had to go thru another bid for another Becker job.

The quote process was good. I actually talked to them at the home and garden show and then they came out and we look up everything, took all the details and then we had a quote within just a couple of days afterwards. I choose them probably like their references on the Angie’s List. We haven't set up the work yet. I don’t recall the exact cost of service. It is more than that. It was a whole ceiling process.

Andrew was fantastic to work with. The price included a color consultation which was very helpful making our decisions. His crew did a great job. They finished the job much quicker then I thought it would take and we couldn't be more pleased. We've already recommend them to friends.

We had a lot of house to paint. Tried x3 different outfits via Groupon, every one did a shoddy job. Did an online search and got bids from x3 more companies, ranged from $800 (learned my lesson, beware the lowball bid) to $7500 (just say you don't want the job!). Disheartened. Found DuraPro via a coupon pack. Andrew (the owner) came out and did the bid, listened carefully to what I wanted, then spoke knowledgeably and specifically about how his crew would do the work if hired. His estimate was thorough, detailed, and reasonably priced. Checked DuraPro's reviews on Angie's List , all raves. Hired DuraPro. Saw first-hand they earned their raves. DuraPro did a spectacularly beautiful job. The lines between colors/edges are sharp and well defined. The coverage is even and without roller marks, difficult to achieve given we chose deep colors. Each day the crew arrived on time, working efficiently and seemingly tirelessly for 10-12 hours. They did the job in three consecutive days, minimizing general life disruption. The guys were unfailingly courteous and professional, no small feat given my two young sons' fascination with the project. Their prep work was meticulous: Wallpaper removal, taping, sanding and cleaning the walls, drop cloths over everything. We have a lot of carpet and none of it got painted. Nothing was broken. Clean up was thorough. Touch ups were minimal and cheerfully scheduled and completed. Andrew stopped by two of the three days to check the project's progress, and was always accessible by phone or email. In the beginning we needed help finalizing colors and Andrew put us in touch with a Sherwin Wms Color Specialist, a resource I hadn't known about that was tremendously helpful. The unknowns in hiring a painter are stressful and potentially expensive. After working with DuraPro, it's a pleasure knowing "I have a guy" when there's painting to be done.

The work that Durapro did was excellent. Andrew, the supervisor, was very professional from the very first meeting. He provided a detailed job description of the work to be done, an itemized breakdown of the project and the costs, plus a few options we were considering for added work. Their bid was competitive with others, even though not the cheapest. We chose Durapro because they were using top line paints, seemed to be most clear about small details of the job, and they were the most professional in their approach when we first met. The actual painting went well. The paint crew was hard working, courteous and careful (especially since we have many gardens around the house that needed to be cared about). Their work was well done, as promised. They cleaned up after they were done. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone needing painting done.

Andrew and his team at Durapro painting were highly recommended by a co-worker who has used them many times. As soon as I met Andrew I was very confident that the job would be done correctly and the house would look great. He was also very helpful in helping me choose which colors to go with to match the stone and siding of the house. The job was done in between all of the rain we've had this year, and turned out great. We really couldn't be happier with how the house looks. I'd highly recommend Durapro painting to anyone who needs painting done at their home.

We initially got three estimates for this job. Of the three, Durapro painting gave the lowest estimate, and delivered the estimate with the highest degree of detail and professionalism. We had a deadline by which we wanted the job completed. Despite a lot of rainy weather that made scheduling difficult, Durapro was ultimately able to complete the job perfectly on time. Throughout the process the company kept in close touch with us by phone and e-mail. The painting has been done beautifully, and we were very happy with every aspect of the process.

Efficient, orderly, productive and most of all skillful. arriving every morning on time with enthusium, our project was well run from start to finish. I was always invited to see the progress... and each time pleasedto see the great the great work. In the three days we worked with Andrew it was orginazed businesslike and pleasurable. thank you Andrew, (Duropro) for making it easy!

Andrew was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable when he first arrived for the estimate. I was initially apprehensive because I could not find any reviews or information about his company online. He was so responsive and genuine, that I decided to proceed and have his company do the work. His quote was reasonable, and he uses top quality paint. His team was fast, detailed, and hardworking. They even painted some cupboard doors for me at no charge. Overall great experience. The house looks great, and they did everything they said they would.

After our meeting Andrew gave me a wonderful price and I felt very comfortable with him and his company. He stated it would take him around 4 to 5 days for the entire project which would have taken me about 2 weeks. He totally finished in 4. When they were done it was an excellent, professional job. They were very concerned with protecting everything in my house. When they left they didn't leave any garbage or mess. The exterior work looked great and also very clean. I'm sure glad to have met Durapro and will use them again at my home and my rentals.
