DuroPro Painting LLC did a wonderful job of painting the outside of our 1 ½ story home. They did a power wash of our house, scraped, primed, painted and finished in eight days. Our house looks fresh and new again, we have received several compliments from our neighbors. Andrew, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced and his crew was friendly, professional, on time and cleaned up the work area every evening when finished. After all the work was done, Andrew took the time to stop by and make sure we were pleased with the painting of our home. We highly recommend DuroPro Painting LLC and would definitely use them again!

Andrew was one of the only people who answered the phone after I called 5 companies to try and get this repair completed. He answered with professionalism and his company name which a lot of others did not answer or just said hello. He was able to give me an estimate the same day as the phone call and based on his promptness, fair pricing, and his attention to detail, I gave him the business. It took 3 days, they did a great job protecting my carpet and other fixtures in the basement, cleaned everything up afterwards, and the result is fantastic. I would highly recommend DuraPro and will hire them myself again for an exterior painting need in the spring.

This was a huge project, but Durapro came through with flying colors (pun intended). The work was done well, the responsiveness on site - even when we were a bit demanding - was spot on, and best of all we met our deadline. Huge kudos go to Jose, the project manager, who made sure everything would be as was promised - perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to use Durapro again.

Excellent. Very clean, neat job. Easy to work with. Thorough. Carpentry repair was excellent. Gardens around the house were not damaged. Start of work was delayed due to rainy start of summer, a little bumpy in the rescheduling but it's outside painting. Once the work started, they were on site as expected.

Had an appointment for 6:30pm, they called at 6:45pm to let me know they couldn't make it. We agreed on 9am the next day but noone showed or called.

Andrew was very detailed in the work needed to be done on the house, type of caulking, washing, scraping, priming and specific paint required for the project. The job was done exactly as contracted by a very hard working, communicative, professional crew. The house is now transformed into a beautiful addition to the neighborhood. Andrew and the crew were diligent in checking on weather conditions before painting and finished just before inclement weather. We definitely recommend them!

I had Durapro paint the exterior of my house and garage this fall. They were great to work with, Andrew was very accommodating to my schedule to meet and plan the project out. Andrew is very detailed, easy to talk to and ask questions of, and made sure that I was happy with the plan before the painting started. The painting project included a color consultation with a Sherwin Williams consultant, who came to our home and spent over an hour choosing the right colors. Durapro's crew worked efficiently and were tidy, and they were all very nice, also. Oh, and the price was very competitive. I researched other company's prices, and for the quality and service I got from Durapro, I felt I got the very best value. quick response for the initial walk through and estimation, a little slow in follow-up scheduling and timing of the project, but when the time is available, get job done efficiently with good quality, worker are excellent and responsive

Initial meeting seemed to go well. He brought along a project manager and gave me a long explanation of why the product and method he uses to restain fences is the best. I was convinced and told him I likely would hire them. He gave me a verbal estimate and said he could start the following week. He said he would email the final/formal bid that afternoon or the following day. After not hearing anything for 4 days tried to reach him in 3 ways : via Angie's list message, his business email and by phone . The phone voicemail was full and not accepting messages. The emails were not answered. In my message I asked him to let me know if they were overwhelmed with work so I could get a bid from another company. No response. It has been 6 weeks . This is frustrating because I canceled a meeting with another company when I thought I would go with Durapro. Now it is too late in the year to do the work.

The crew was very professional, courteous, and timely. Andrew estimated 3-4 days to complete the work but they finished in 2, so it was a pleasant surprise. After the job we did a walk-through together, identified a few areas that needed clean-up and/or re-work, and they promptly addressed those areas. They also filled and re-painted some cracks in our stucco which was not part of the original project, at no extra cost.

Very well. I was so pleased with the quality of the work, the kindness and respectful attitude of the painters. The house looked so beautiful that I decided to also hire this company to paint my screened porch. It has never looked better. The bid I got for the job was in the middle of the five bids I received before choosing a company. I am so glad that I picked this company. They did exactly what we contracted. There were no additional fees. The work was completed in less than a week because there were 7 painters on the job. After the work was completed, the painters took me around the house to make sure I was happy with all the work. I was.

Our cedar deck took a beating with the recent hail storms and looked polka dotted with chunks of stain missing. Andrew from DuraPro came out, inspected the deck and insured me that after a good power washing and staining that it would look great. He gave me a quote on the spot. Alberto came to power wash the deck and it was stained a couple of weeks later due rain and drying time. Alberto was very thorough and made sure I was happy before he finished.

Andrew's team was very professional and efficient. They did a great job and respected all of our requests. Overall we were very satisfied with their work and will work with them again on upcoming projects.

Everything went great! The workers were very polite and helpful. They were dog friendly and treated our pet with much care. All our questions were answered promptly and we felt the price was very reasonable. The work was done very professionally and with much care of detail. The house looks great. The project went very well. It was efficiently organized and skillfully done by the Durapro team at my home, including Victor, another Victor, Eddie, and Jonathan. This team arrived at the promised time each day. I was kept well informed of the plan each day and what was expected to be accomplished. At the end of the day, the work area was cleared and ladders and other equipment put safely away. They worked long hours each day. I would certainly recommend Durapro to anyone who needs a painting project accomplished professionally and timely.

Our home looks wonderful! The painter did a great job prepping the house for painting, and while painting, he paid attention to detail. Our painter noticed that the trim boards beneath our roof were painted the same color as the body of the house. He suggested we change it to match the trim and tested an area to show us what it would look like. This change truly enhances the look of our house. Plus, he even freshened up the numbers on our house by spray painting them black. Thank you to Durapro for a job well done.

From start to finish, our experience with Durapro was excellent! I left Andrew a message on their website, and he got back to me the next day. Two days later, he came out for the estimate, promising it for two days later. I had the estimate by that evening. My brother works for Andrew's paint supplier, and they have a family discount, so he agreed that we would buy the paint. Note that the price reflects our supplying the paint and the primer. With Thanksgiving in the middle of everything, they started on Cyber Monday. Everyone, from Andrew and his partner Pablo, to the three person crew who did the painting, was gracious, courteous and above all professional. Took off their shoes. Cleaned up after themselves when finished. And our beautiful new entryway and family room, including a looks like new fireplace, are company ready. I can't wait to have someone mention that they need some painting done!

This was our second job done by Durapro. It was done very professionally. The initial paint job that was completed 18 months ago still looks great and was very professional as well.

Andrew and his team were great to work with. They were timely, responsive and enthusiastic. And the exterior of our house is now impressive! They have a real attention to detail.

Durapro was contracted to paint the exterior of a stucco home, including the foundation, and recaulking all windows (remove old caulk, replace with new caulk). The prior paint job on my home was apparently done with incorrect paint and without pressure washing or sealing the stucco, such that the result was large swaths of paint peeing or flaking off the home. The initial meeting seemed like it went well and I think a lot of thought was put into how to figure out and correct the issues with the previous paint job. Based on this interaction and the price of the bid, I signed the contract. About a month after they projected they would start (based on an email stating the project would start in 2-3 weeks), I called to see what was going on as I hadn’t heard from them. Based on the phone conversation and how the manager was digging for details, I had the feeling that the project wasn't actually on their schedule. The project ultimately was started about 6-7 weeks after the projected start the company submitted to me via email. The paint project went well and I received progress updates via text and pictures. During the painting, however, there was damage done to a tripod sprinkler which appeared to have been tossed from the side of the house about 10 feet away into the yard. DuraPro took responsibility for it and ultimately paid to replace the sprinkler. After the project was done, a walk through was verbally scheduled for the following Friday or Saturday. I wasn't contacted on Friday, but when I contacted the manager on Saturday, he said he couldn't do it that day. When I called again, I was told that none of the times I had available would work for Durapro. So, they never did follow-up with a walk through to discuss any issues or problems with the job. I let them know over the phone that the recaulking around the windows at put forth in the contract was not done and the manager said it would get done the next week. I waited for that following week and no one came out to do the remainder of the project (remove old caulking, place new caulking around all windows as specified in the bid/contract). I called again and was told it would be done the following week. Eight weeks, multiple phone calls, and multiple responses that the caulking would be done “next week” or was “on the schedule for next week” later, and despite having been paid in full, the caulking was not completed. At that time, I submitted my online reviews stating the issues with the project. I was contacted by Dura Pro the next week. They came out to finish the caulking part of the project and it took several visits get everything done correctly. I can say that in the last week, Dura Pro has been very receptive to communications and definitely displayed that they wanted to get the project done completely and correctly. As of now, the project is complete. I would feel better about how things were done or how they had gone had the attention to the project occurred from the beginning and not all come after a negative online review. Due to the scheduling issues, not doing the job done correctly the first time, and lack of response to repeated contacts about the job not being completed, this is not a company I can recommend without reservations.
