I thought I had to go through you to hire him again, he fixed the same dryer for a different problem about a year ago. Pat called me on the Saturday before our Monday afternoon appointment, and asked if I wanted it fixed that day instead. I said yes, within two hours he was there, and it took him about half an hour to fix the problem. I was extremely satisfied with his attitude, his ability, and his pricing. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and as a matter of fact, I have.

Pat does a good job. And he is willing to work with you on solving problems without trying to up-sell you for things. He got an old boiler up and running that other places refused to even look at or simply tried to sell me new boilers. Pat is straight-forward and honest.

I scheduled the appointment, did not show up. I called the next day he did not know who I was. I told him I would find someone else and he finally showed up 3 days later. My dryer needs maintenance. It did not dry as quickly as it used to. After this repairman touched it, now it is making a terrible sound. It makes such a loud noise that it is not usable. Now, I have to buy a new one. HomeAdvisor failed me.
