I am a rental owner and my tenant had an issue with the range. I reached out to Angi Saturday night, Pat called me Sunday morning to understand more and then connected with my tenant. Pat was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and walk my tenant through the remedy and how to avoid it in the future.

Refrigerator Repair. Pat got here 10 days before the retailer that had a maintenance contract could. ID'd and resolved issue.

Pat diagnosed the problem with my broken washing machine over the phone, then ordered the part. He was able to do the repair within 2 days of my call. The part was $200 and his labor charge was another $100. He did a great job and Iâ m going to hire him the next time I need any type of repair to my condo. I highly recommend him.

He did trouble shooting over the phone for my dishwasher and came with the part to avoid a second trip. When that part wasnâ t the issue, he diagnosed the problem and got it working. Dishes havenâ t been this shiny in months!!

Pat came out on a Sunday to evaluate our dead refrigerator. He had the needed part in two days and fixed it. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will hire him for any other repair needs we have.

Pat was thorough and responsive. He ordered parts needed for my fridgeâ s ice maker and for a heat probe for my convection oven. Got the projects done quickly and came out to my house twice! And the price was money well spent!

This was the worst experience. Pat Barrett of Dun Rite did not know what he was doing. I have a LG washing machine that needed repair, he first replaced the control board then he said the pump needed replacement. Two weeks, 2 service calls and $390 later he stated it was fixed and left. I started a load of laundry before he even got a couple blocks away and it stopped working. I called him and was told it needed a water valve. Whenever I called him, he had me go to the basement and do various things such as unplug the machine and then restart and call him back it to decide what needed to be replaced. When he was in the basement working there was lots of hammering on the machine and swearing. He numerous times stated what awful machines LGs were. Either he had no idea what was wrong and was replacing parts until he finally found the problem or he knew the machine was not repairable and was doing the work just to make money. He never presented a bill when asked for a breakdown stated generally cost of parts, the 2 service calls and $28 that Angi charges him when he gets the customers name. He then stated in the future I would not have to pay that amount because I will call him directly.

I liked that he introduced himself, he had called me ahead of time and asked what was going on, I told him that we had oven problems and I told what it did yesterday when we my wife turned it on, then he asked for the model number and called back two hours later and asked if he could come and fix the oven, he had the parts with him and he fixed it and turned it on before he left and made sure I was happy with it, I gave him a thumbs upâ ¦. Pat thank you for your service..
