Prompt and fair.

Tried Warner Stellian first their service dept is not very friendly. So called Dun Rite and he called right away. He got the part and fixed it.

Called me back on a Sunday morning for my refrigerator issue after submitting an online request. Had the work done on Monday on the first attempt with no issues. Fast and recommended!

Very good at his job he cleaned up after himself he explained everything he needed to do.

Pat helped me, a non-technical person, troubleshoot the problem with my dishwasher. Once he arrived, he was able to get it fixed right away.

I was at my wit's end because I had my new gas stove delivered on Friday and my installation fell through. Looked through Home Advisor for someone available on a Saturday (of a holiday weekend nonetheless!) Called and spoke with Pat (which was a good sign as my nickname is Pat). He came over when he said he would, had all parts available and in 20 minutes, was done. Professional, friendly, and above all, incredibly reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Pat is great and very affordable. No need to spend two or three times as much on a larger company. Pat can do most kinds of work very effectively. He's communicative, prompt, and shows up when he says he will.

The lid latch part broke on my washing machine. Pat was able to come next day to repair. Very responsive.

Very conscientious and knowledgeable, Pat was able to find the right part for our refrigerator repair even though the usual sources were not able to supply it. He is our go to guy for future appliance and furnace repairs. We rate him Great.

I never actually 'hired' Pat. I called him about some dishwasher issues I was having. Over the phone, he suggested some things I could try. His suggestions fixed my issue (no water entering the dishwasher). I paid him for his time which was cheaper than a trip charge from the other guys.

Very happy with the quote Pat provided, his knowledge of his craft and his follow up before and after his work was done. He had an emergency call that delayed his arrival but he called to make sure we were not inconvenienced in the mean time. I will have him do work for me again.
