Dean solved all of our issues in a short amount of time. He fixed the toilet which needed a new valve and supply line. He fabricated wooden mounts and attached them to the sheetrock next to our windows so that we could attach our curtain tie backs to something more secure. He climbed in our attic and came up with multiple diagnostic strategies to solve the mystery of the slow drip in our ceiling. Ultimately, he advised that we call first an insulation/attic specialist and then a plumber, who found a leak and fixed it.

Dean was instrumental in the remodel of my kitchen. He performed most of the work, provided advice (which is appreciated whether I followed it or not) and almost always recommended other contractors to perform tasks which he does not do. I have been working with Dean regularly for the past year. He has been my point-of-contact for various updates throughout my house. I always find his depth of knowledge about home improvements to be very impressive. He is conscientious and dependable and I am certain that he will do his best on every job for which I hire him. Considering the work he has done for me, my stress level is remarkably low and I attribute that to my confidence in him. Dean’s attention to detail is appreciated by other contractors whom I have hired. He was always ready for the next step in the project, both in terms of completion of tasks and the quality of work. The flooring contractor provided unsolicited positive feedback about the subfloor that Dean installed. Dean’s attention to detail makes all aspects of a project go well. I’ve already talked to Dean about my next house project and will definitely hire him. I highly recommend him.

Dean works hard and is a true handyman. He is conscientious and seems to perform work in my house as though it was his own. He offers his opinion, even when he doesn't think a repair or upgrade is necessary. I have worked with him over the course of many months and have found him to be reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable.

He did one heck of a job! He stayed awhile to ensure the work was done efficiently! Everything works properly and is absolutely wonderful! He dedicated himself to work on all three of our projects until everything was finished.

Dean was prompt on scheduling a time to discuss what we needed done and made an appointment shortly after. He took the time needed to discuss what our projects were and gave his recommendations. He tackled a variety of projects and the work was done very professionally and he also offered ideas and was very patient and helpful throughout the process. We would certainly use Dean again for future and quot;handymanand quot; projects.

Dean performed the work in 98 degree temperature and did an excellent job. We were once again impressed and will certainly use him again.

Dean arrived when he said he would. He completed all the jobs to our satisfaction. There was no mess left after jobs were done. We have hired Dean for many home repair and upgrade projects over the last 7 years, both large and small. He is professional and respectful of our family, our pets and our home. His work is meticulously done because he holds himself to the highest standards. We have always been happy with Dean's work and routinely give him a list (the Dean's List, of course) of any home repair items that require the tools, skills and time that we do not have. Dean is trustworthy and capable and we will definitely hire him for all of our future handyman needs.

He is reasonably priced. We had a problem and talked with him about what to do. He was very conscious about making the roof repair reasonably priced for us. He came up with a nice solution to this concern. He kept the repair cost low. When he repaired the landing he did quality work too. He works hard to give you high quality results for a low price.
