What more could you ask for? We recently moved to Texas and had to handle selling our home in Minnesota from Texas. Derek and his team were amazing in helping us get the home ready and once on the market he sold it for more than we asked for in 6 HOURS!!! Not a single hitch in the whole process including signing our documents out of state and for a fair commission! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use Derek if you are in need of selling your home or looking for a new home!
