Description of Work: Cleared the main as well as the basement floor drain. | |It went well. I have used Drain King several times and have been quite satisfied each time. Unless and/or until they screw it up, they are my go-to guys for drain opening and probably other plumbing work as well if something comes up.

Description of Work: We had a terrible clog in the pipe from our kitchen sink. A plumber from a different company came and worked on it for 2.5 hours and had no luck. When Drain King came they unclogged it in 15 minutes and charged half the amount. Great service! Fast and friendly!

+ -1 moreMINUTES AFTER A PLUMBER LEFT AFTER INSTALLING A NEW KITCHEN SINK, I WENT DOWN TO THE BASEMENT TO DISCOVER A SOAKING WET CARPET. I HAD JUST TALKED TO THE PLUMBER ABOUT THEIR SERVICES AND HE MENTIONED THEY DIDN'T DO DRAINS, BUT COULD RECOMMEND SOMEONE. I CALLED THE PLUMBER AND THEY RECOMMENDED DRAIN KING. I CALLED AND THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH MY PANICKED REQUEST AND TOOK THE TIME TO TROUBLESHOOT THE PROBLEM WITH ME. ONCE I CALLED BACK AND LET HER KNOW I FOUND A HIDDEN FLOOR DRAIN THAT WAS THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM, SHE WAS ABLE TO SEND SOMEONE OUT THAT DAY. THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING WHAT PROBABLY CAUSED THE PROBLEM (PLUMBING WORK DISLODGED BUILD UP WHICH CLOGGED THE PIPE WHEN IT HIT A ''TURN'') AND SUGGESTING A TREATMENT TO PROHIBIT BUILD UP IN THE FUTURE. HE SNAKED THE DRAIN AND WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM SINCE.

+ -1 moreI CALLED DRAIN KING AND THE MAN CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO USE THE SNAKE SO THAT THE WATER WOULD FLOW. HE DIDN'T COMPLETE SOMETHING SO I HAD TO CALL AGAIN AND HE CAME BACK AT NO CHARGE. HE KEPT THE DATE AND WAS THOROUGH.
Description of Work: I HAD BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SHOWER STALL IN THE BASEMENT BACKING UP IF I USED TOO MUCH WATER SO I DECIDED TO CALL DRAIN KING WHO I HAD BEFORE. THE SEWER WAS PLUGGED FOR THE LOWER LEVEL.

+ -1 moreSUPER NICE. PATIENT IN EXPLAINING WHEN I CALLED BACK BECAUSE SHOWER DOOR WAS OFF TRACK. HE RETURNED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. HOWEVER WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A NICK IN THE TUB HE SAID SOMEONE WOULD CALL, BUT NO ONE DID.
Description of Work: UNPLUGGED BATHTUB DRAIN. RAN A 1/4" CABLE DOWN BATHTUB DRAIN, OUT 50 FEET, AND FLUSHED LINE.

Description of Work: WE HIRED DRAIN KING TO OPEN A SLOWLY DRAINING PIPE FROM A WASHER. THEY ARRIVED WITH TOOLS COMMONLY USED BY THE HOMEOWNER, NOT WHAT ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM A COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SEWER CLEANER. WITHIN A WEEK, WE WERE AGAIN FLOODING AND DRAIN KING WOULD NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. WE HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS ABLE TO PULL MASSIVE AMOUNTS OUT OF THE PIPES.
