Description of Work: I contracted snow removal for the winter season 2014 - 2015. Due to a relatively light snow year, I believe they were only out twice. Both times the plowing was poor. Snow left on the street, the yard tore up (granted the was not frozen), but for a brand new customer, I would think the quality of snow removal would have been better. I don't have much to go on, other than the 2 times they were out. Expensive lesson learned!

+ -1 moreVery overpriced and poor quality work. I got stuck in my own driveway! He does not treat his customers well.
Description of Work: Snow removal for a short and easy driveway and shoveling of 2 front steps. $30 a month charged for months with no snow! $25 a time for snow of 3''. He originally charged $30 until I complained it was too much. Over 3 inches of snow was $50 a time. He didn't plow the driveway deep enough or wide enough. I was charged $75 for big snowfall and still got stuck in the driveway!

+ -1 moreJASON IS FANTASTIC. HE HAS NEVER HURT MY LAWN OR A TREE THAT IS PLANTED VERY CLOSE TO THE DRIVEWAY. HE IS ALWAYS THERE BEFORE I GO TO WORK. THE BEST PART ABOUT JASON IS THAT HE COMES BACK AFTER THE CITY HAS COME BY AND PLOWED IN THE END OF MY DRIVEWAY. WHAT OTHER SERVICE WOULD DO THAT? I AM A SINGLE WOMAN WHO DEPENDS ON JASON TO KEEP ME PLOWED OUT IN THE WINTER. HE HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

+ -1 moreJASON IS GREAT AND SO IS THE WORK HE DOES. HE HAS BEEN MOWING MY LAWN FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS NOW. MY NEIGHBOR ALSO HAS HIM MOW HER YARD AND LOVES HIS WORK AS WELL. HE ALWAYS COMES ON TIME. I NEVER HAVE TO CALL AND FIND OUT WHERE HE IS. HE DOES OTHER LAWN/YARD SERVICES AS WELL, BUT I HAVE NEVER NEEDED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS PART OF HIS BUSINESS AND I AM SURE THE QUALITY IS WONDERFUL AS WELL. YOU WOULDN'T REGRET HIRING HIM.
