They keep sending me e-mails to finish it up and what I had to do when I went to look for the paperwork, because they're listed under more than one name and so that's why I didn't finished my actual, whatever, you call the review thing on the internet because they kept sending me things like, we finished this and now I pulled the paperwork out. It was a really bad experience.

+ -1 moreMy husband was pleased with the promptness and the detail of the work. He replaced the cables on both sides, and the door works better than when it was first installed. I would absolutely use him again.
Description of Work: A cable on one side of our garage door broke. We couldn't operate the door, and couldn't close it completely. He came out the same day we called.

+ -1 moreWe called Door Repair Service in the morning and told them we needed new springs on our garage door and that we wanted the shaft replaced with a new one. We were very specific about wanting only quality materials. They gave us a quote and we had them come out that same day. They came promptly at the time specified and did the job at the price quoted. They had all the materials with them and did a very professional job. It's seems like it it always taking a chance having someone you don't know in your house/garage, but we felt comfortable with them and were very satisfied with the job done.
Description of Work: Replaced bearing plates tube shaft and 2 springs. Oiled and adjusted door operation.

+ -1 moreThey came out and when he was finished the door worked better than before it was broken. He came out the same night that I called him. The rates were much lower than other companies that I called. He was willing to explain exactly what he was doing to repair it.
Description of Work: Door Repair Service came out to repair my garage door. He replaced the spring and relocated the stabilizing bars so that it would work better.
