Pat promptly answered my phone call and gave me an approximate time when he would be available to do the work. He checked the site and ordered and purchased the necessary equipment that we decided would work. He was personable, neat and efficient in performing the necessary tasks. I was very pleased with the job, plan to use his services in the future. He was recommended to me by a couple of friends and, in turn, I have recently recommended him to a friend who is in need of help with a project.

Our sliding wood doors finally work again after he repaired them. He did a very good job. He and his helper did the work on them one day and then installed the faucets and vanity top a couple of weeks later because I didn't have everything at the time. He did a good job with the installation of the faucets and vanity top. He left the work areas clean and neat. They were both very professional. He is very busy so it can sometimes be a wait to get things scheduled. I definitely plan to hire him again to do some work he was unable to do because of the winter.

The work was done very professionally. Pat had to return a few days later to install the dead bolts as he did not have the proper tool originally and returned and completed that.

He called to see if it was okay to come earlier than our appointment time because he finished a prior job early. He was very professional and had a few ideas of what we could do. I needed to have a cabinet and 2 drawers cut out to install the dishwasher. It would need some electrical and plumbing work done. I had also wanted a baking sheet cupboard made next to the dishwasher. He left me with the estimate and said he would contact me to set up an appointment for the install. After getting the estimate a family member ended up installing the dishwasher for us so I cancelled my appointment. I would definitely contact Handman Service to do another job for me though.

He actually answered the phone when I called and was very professional. I appreciated his willingness to contact someone on my behalf, although I have finally found someone who will come out and look at the gutter and give an estimate.

He came and gave me a bid, did the work he said he would do and I'm very satisfied with it. I would recommend him and hire him again.

He works on properties, and fixes everything. His hourly charge is good. He really sticks to code, and asks the city inspector to verify his work. He goes the extra mile. He keeps his promise of getting the job done on time.

The two gentlemen who installed the door were very professional and meticulous. They made sure everything fit perfectly.
