I am very happy with all the work he did. He is on-time, personable and his level of craftsmanship is of the highest order. You will not be disappointed.

The whole process is overwhelming and disruptive, but it went much better than expected. Don is pleasant to work with and does a really nice job. He did help move some larger pieces of furniture.

Don came highly recommended and I understand why. I had a tight timetable in which to remove carpet and pad from the home of a meticulous elderly couple, and there was difficulty getting the carpet ordered in the short time available. Don picked it up as soon as it was available, and diligently and professionally worked to remove and install new carpet and pad so that they could get back into the main level in short order. He went above and beyond in using his perfectionist skills, worked late to get it done, and completely understood how important it was to get the couple back into the home asap. He came back again to do the lower level a few weeks later (at our request) and again did a superb job at a reasonable cost --I unfortunately don't recall the price. He even cut extra carpet to fit in front of exterior doors and sliders without being asked! Trustworthy, professional and takes pride in his work. Very experienced and I will use him again. The best flooring guy I have used ever!

Don was great to work with. He always returned calls promptly, he and his associate showed up on time and did and excellent job installing both our laminate flooring and carpet. The finish work with edges, stair noses, quarter round, and fusing to existing carpet edges was top notch. Don was also a wealth of information about what to do with the left over carpeting (we received almost double the amount ordered due to being at the end of the carpet roll - Don informed us that we had enough to re-carpet the stairs again as well as have some carpet runners made up back at the store we ordered the merchandise from), how to address matching up the laminate flooring to our existing fireplace brick to look the most esthetically pleasing, and recommendations on types of flooring options for other projects in our house. I will definitely be calling Don back when we are ready to do the other flooring projects in our home.
