Description of Work: Diagnosed why the refrigerator had quit cooling entirely. Emergency situation. The repairman seemed to be learning in some ways, but he was persistent and we were in an emergency situation. He spent a good deal of time figuring it out. It was the computer control panel....he got the part and then installed it. The refrigerator came back on and has worked fine ever since. He did not charge us for the entire time spent because he said he was getting up to speed after time away from repairs. | |We were leaving on a month-long vacation & he saved the day.
