 + -1 moreThey provide us around 200 channels. We do lose our signal dozen times a year due to weather. I have dealt with their customer service and I did not liked it.

 + -1 moreThe customer service rep on the phone was wonderful....very knowlegalbe....convinced me that he stood behind his product the installtion men were timely, polite, well mannered....and did a fantastic job of and quot;hiding and quot; all the wires....explained how to use the system....and best of all.....they didn't harm the little bat that was resting on an area where they were working....they just and quot;moved him.and quot;

 + -1 moreI did not have anything I disliked; they were prompt and did their services correctly. They were pleasant to work with. I am on a monthly plan with them so installation was no charge. They give good service and seem to be responsive to any questions we have.
