DISCOUNT STEEL

I wanted a table base fabricated for a coffee table, on which I was to put a glass top. I was very excited to see that Discount Steel offered this service, according to their website. I called the number listed on Angie's List, and Dan answered the phone. I explained to him what I was looking for, and asked if I could email him some photos of my ideas. He responded that this was fine, and asked that I please include the dimensions. I emailed Dan within 15 minutes of our phone conversation, at dan@discountsteel.com. I included two photos that were different, but acceptable ideas. I explained what I was looking for in detail, a combination of things from both photos. I also explained that I was looking for cost effective and function. I asked him to please send me a quote, included my phone number. I received no response. About a week later, I forwarded the email I'd already sent, again to Dan. I asked for a timeframe in which I might expect to receive the quote. I again received no response. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Even when I go in there and buy just a little bit they treat me like I am there #1 customer.
