+ -1 moreI WORKED WITH SHELLEY CROW, THE OWNER. FROM THE FIRST CALL TO GET PRICING TO THE FINAL INSTALLATION, SHE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, AND HELPFUL. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE WE GOT THE EXACT CARPET THAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WERE SATISFIED. THEY ALSO HAD THE BEST PRICING OF THE MANY PLACES WE CONTACTED. THEY HAD A CREW OF 4 COME TO INSTALL AND WERE DONE IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. HER HUSBAND HAS BEEN IN THE INSTALLATION BUSINESS FOR 15 YEARS AND LED THE INSTALLATION CREW. THERE WAS ONE STEP THAT WAS CUT A BIT NARROW AND SOMEONE WAS SENT OUT IMMEDIATELY TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM. OVERALL, WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND ARE PLEASED WITH OUR CARPET.
Description of Work: THEY PROVIDED AND INSTALLED CARPET IN FAMILY ROOM AND ENTIRE LOWER LEVEL, REPLACING PAD IN FAMILY ROOM AND LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM.
