DESIGNSCAPE FENCE

It was very smooth; Dan had been out the previous fall to do the bid, but because of the weather we were not able to complete the work, so when I called him this spring, he already knew what the job was and was very accommodating. He gave me an estimate of when he was coming out to review the job, and the next week he was able to make the repairs and replace the posts. I was pleased with the work and his ability to stay on the schedule he estimated.

I was never able to have him do the work as I couldn't get it scheduled before it snowed.

Great! No problems. Great work and even took the time to reinforce and put back some of the decorative wood planks that had fallen off elsewhere around the fence.

Theirs was the most reasonable bid I got for the job, and they started early and stuck to their estimate. I was very pleased with the quality of the fence and would definitely hire them again.

We were and are still extremely pleased with our beautiful fence which creates a very natural looking "frame" for our backyard. We knew even before contacting Dan that with as much yardage as we had, choosing cedar wood for a tall fence meant an "investment" (price) in this range. We did get quotes and interviewed a number of other fencing companies before selecting DesignScape Fence again (we had used him at our prior home for a smaller fence job). Dan was very fairly priced, but more importantly during the consultation / price quote visit (echoed when we chatted with past clients of his) we were reminded ans saw again that Dan has a very strong work ethic and high integrity on top of his craftmanship skills. We found him to be very professional and puntual, added many good ideas (which we applied), although he is a perfectionist that values quality over sheer speed. He's your fence man if you're looking for top notch quality.

After getting estimates from a few other local fence companies, I contacted Dan through an ad I had seen in the local neighborhood newspaper and he came to our house to give us an estimate. He's a one-man operation - a very friendly, helpful and honest guy. As new homeowners, we don't know a whole lot about what we're doing, but Dan responded quickly to any calls or emails and was very patient as I asked questions off and on for weeks before deciding to have our fence built. Despite my request in the late fall season, he was able to get the posts in the ground before the first freeze and completed the fence despite the snow on the ground! He performed the work off and on for a few weeks, which was what we had agreed upon. In the end, we ended up with a beautiful fence. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
