Deluxe Sealcoating

Several people in my neighborhood were set up to have their driveways sealcoated on June 8th, 2016. At one point I saw their truck pull up to my driveway and then leave. I waited patiently as no one came back. I finally called Mike at 6:30pm and he said that they were still planning on getting mine done that night. Well, no one ever showed up and I did not receive a call from Mike to explain why or to reschedule. I called Mike the following day and he explained that they were running low on supplies and rain was moving in etc but that he would have a crew come back and do my driveway, and he would honor the price he previously quoted. Well today is July 17th and Mike has never contacted me again. I have texted him at least 3 times (he does communicate this way) and I have called him and left a message. Nothing. I can't speak to the quality of the work his company does but I can say that he is a most unreliable business man. If you want to be sure your work actually gets done I highly recommend that you choose a different contractor.

Received a flyer in the mailbox and emailed them. They called back a couple weeks later and said that they would start scheduling in the middle of May. Then didn't hear from them again until the first week of June when they asked if they could come out the next day. I couldn't do that, but Mike said they would put me on the schedule the following week. Didn't hear from him, so called and like others it went to voicemail. I texted him constantly and emailed as well - nothing. I called several times and got the message that the voicemail box was full - several times the calls went directly to voicemail. Twice I was able to leave a voicemail, but no follow up from them. If they went out of business, that would be one thing, but this is just really odd. Now, instead of having a nice looking driveway starting in June I'm scrambling to try and get it done for at least half the summer.

Responded to their offer in March 2016 and was told they would be out in 3 - 4 weeks when the weather warmed up. I called in early May because I hadn't heard anything and left a message on their machine. Didn't hear back so a week later I called again and talked to Mike who said they should be in my area in the next two weeks. Still nothing, so I called in mid June and got the answering machine which was full so I was unable to leave a message. I then sent an email through the website and two weeks later still no response. Avoid this company!

I got a flyer from this company in my mailbox. I check them out on Angie's List (they mentioned they had an "A" on the flyer) and called them. This was in April. They said that I had the price locked in, but that they would need to wait until the weather was more consistently warm to perform the service to ensure good results. That was the last I heard from them. I tried to call, but I get a message that the voicemail box is full. I tried to email them as well, but I've gotten no response. I'm not sure if something has happened to this provider, but I am unable to get a hold of them.

Mike from Deluxe Sealcoating was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. His crew did a fantastic job!!

When I left home this morning, my driveway was a faded, cracked mess. I came home to a great-looking, rich black driveway. All of the cracks have been filled and the edges look great. I used Deluxe because several of my neighbors have used them, and I have been burned by asphalt sealers in the past. Judging by my driveway and the driveways of my neighbors, this company does top-notch work. Their price was about $50 less than the other fliers that were left on our door. I have no complaints. Great job guys!
