+ 1 moreWe had just moved into a new house and wanted to upgrade the lower level with wood flooring so it felt less like a basement. There was also some of that 70s-style basement wood paneling we wanted removed. Dean builders talked us through our options, gave us an estimate and we said go ahead. They started the next day. The jobs lasted about 3 weeks which was within the timeframe they estimated. They were hard workers and were great with communication, keeping us updated on the progress each day. The floors look beautiful and the walls look great. Some of the work they did with the walls uncovered some moisture that was coming in. They had the knowledge and skills to address the potential cause and took care of that additional "odd job." We are so happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anyone looking to do remodeling work on their house.
Description of Work: Dean Builders added hardwood floors to the lower level of our split-level house. They also replaced some sheetrock in one of the rooms and did a few other odd jobs, such as grading on one outside corner of the house.
