Dawn is very professional. She is quick and thorough in her cleaning. I have a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house and she does a great job each time she comes.

The first time was great. The second time was good. This time we had chaos in our house because my son was home from daycare and I had a friend over for lunch. Dawn was supposed to come the previous week, but had to cancel. Overall the cleaning was good. She was great at getting the cobwebs and very friendly. For her price, I was impressed. It took her 3 hours 15 min to clean 4 bed/2 1/2 bath home. It was little things that I am particular about that bothered me. She showed up 20 minutes early. (I am nursing/pumping and it was not convenient to let her in and she was annoyed because we made her wait outside until I could relocate upstairs). The other one is that she put the dirty cleaning equipment on our kitchen island where we serve food. I had to clean it after she left each time. Lastly, when it was time to pay her, I said 3 and a half hours, and she replied, if that's what you think. This paid her for the additional 15 minutes early where she was waiting outside. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she did not realize how fast she was that day. She was here from 8:45 to 12:15. Over the 3 services, I would say she was a great value for the price she charges.

Dawn came and gave us an estimate. She was able to come back in 2 weeks and do the job. She did exactly what we discussed and checked in to make sure we were happy. She also made a great effort to arrange it so she could come regularly on a day that worked well for us.

The initial clean was a bit longer than her standard bi-weekly, which appears to be industry practice. Her regular cleaning was good and she was fast and took less time than she estimated. Dawn is very professional and has called or e-mailed for every appointment. She also followed up after her first visit to see if we were satisfied with her work. We will update the review as she's spent more time in our home.

Dawn did an excellent job of cleaning. She showed up when she said she would and left the house looking way better than when she came. She brought her own equipment, was friendly and very efficient. She cleaned places that i hadn't been cleaning on my own - the house looks much better after her cleaning than when I do it. She asked about particular things I wanted clean, and was also good about knowing what to do on her own. She also followed up with me to seek feedback about the cleaning.

Dawn does a very good job. Because she does everything herself, she is easy to deal with and receptive to suggestions.................. in other words, doing things the way I want them done. She is prompt, reliable and flexible in terms of schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my friends.

Dawn is very punctual, detailed and thorough. She is also flexible when I need to change the schedule.

Dawn arrives on time, smiling and in a good mood, and gets straight to work. She's reliable, professional, and efficient. She's also friendly. It doesn't feel weird to be in the house, doing other things, while she goes about her work.
