pool cleaners
+ -1 moreI called him from a craigs list add he places regularly and he said he could do the job in two weeks so I waited. than after two weeks of waiting he asked if I pulled a permit, I said no. than he said he would not do the work unless I pulled a permit myself. so I did. On a line of the permit it said name of installer, I called Dave amd asked him for his last name for the permit, he said I do not have a busines. I said that dont matter they just want to know your name, he said he was in the middle of installing a liner and would have to call me back. he never did and never showed up. You dont have to have any kind of license to install pools so this is very suspect.
Description of Work: He was to install a above ground wimming pool
