See above. We never got the work completed because he never would get back to us. If you don't want to take the job, fine, but don't make us chase you down. Also, he was suggesting the deck and screened porch could be done within a week or two, when all of the others were estimating 4-5 weeks. Overall, just unprofessional and I would avoid the experience.

Went poorly from day one. The initial bid was that the job would be completed in 2-3 weeks, the job actually took 4.5 months! He did not perform to what was stated in the contract in numerous areas. His punctuality was horrible..always giving us sob stories as to why he couldnt make it out for a whole week and such. After we pretty much kicked him out because we were tired of dealing with his BS, many things went wrong with his work within the first couple months. For example, most of the grout in our master bath was cracking, the heated floor he installed never worked after his installation, we had to fix a bunch of his drywall mistakes, and he never put support underneath the tub in out master bath! We were afraid it was going to break and after failed attempts of reaching this guy, we had to do the work ourselves! Never use this joker if you want your project done right, on time and on budget.
