We received 3 bids. Dave's estimate for the work was the most reasonable. He replaced all of our windows with new windows and inside trim. Excellent work. He subcontracted for out siding, fascia, gutters, and garage door. Everything was done top notch! Dave was very timely with responses to our questions and fixing anything we asked. We will be using him in the near future for updates on both of our bathrooms. He does excellent work, is very honest, and takes pride in getting the work done correctly.

We met Dave and his crew at the North Metro Home and Garden how in Blaine at the end of January and got a great vibe from them. We had him come out to ask about remodeling our bathroom and he was incredibly helpful and professional. We then set up a contract to finish the bathroom. My wife and I were thrilled with the results! Dave was straightforward and very friendly - answered all of our questions, gave his advice when we weren't sure what to do and really focused everything on what we wanted. The job required them to knock down and then create a new wall, as well as redoing the vanity, lighting, shower, entrance door, flooring and window - a complete overhaul. The finished product was better than we expected!

Great! Dave came by the same day and did a walk through of the master bathroom that we would like remodeled. He was willing and able to answer all our questions and informed us that we would hear back from him within the next week or so to set up an actual contract.

This was a completely new structure. The process went fine. The work did take longer than I wanted to but it was fine. I wish that daily cleanup had been handled better. I ended up doing a thorough job on the cleanup myself. His prices were fair and I negotiated on the price as I removed the old deck myself so they could start working on the new structure right away. I had received other estimates and they were recommended to me by the deck store as this is where I wanted him to purchase the materials from. He worked with me in terms of how I wanted the project done. The structure is very well made and solid. I would recommend his services to others.
