Each time I have worked with Ken it has been a good experience. His crew is very polite and seem dedicated to the jobs and doing everything to make the experience a good one. I will hire him again.

Ken and his team were great to work with. He walked us though each step of the process and kept us informed of cost and time. Everyone that worked on the project were friendly and kept the area really clean. The project lasted about 3 weeks and we never once felt inconvenienced.

My overall experience to them was good! They were prompt, did the job quickly, and the quality of the work is I think what we expected. I would recommend them to everybody.

We had three estimates for basement remodeling work, and Ken was the only one who took photographs, provided us with a detailed, professional estimate, and came to our house to go over it with us. The estimate was in line with the others, but we chose Custom Home Remodeling because Ken seemed to have the most attention to detail of all the bids. We also liked that they were located near our home. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. There were some delays in the electrical work due to storms across the city, but that was not anyone's fault. Generally, Ken and his team were at our house when they said they'd be. Nick, Bobby, and all the contractors were always professional and did all the work to code. Ken reviewed everything at the end and made sure no details were missed. We are very happy with our new basement room. The egress window was installed beautifully. The painting, ceiling and carpeting all look great. We would definitely call Custom Home Remodeling again for future work.

The owner is Kent. I saw the work he did at my brothers house and it was high quality and he stayed right within the budget. I would use him anytime. He is excellent. Always there to answer any questions. If you have a problem he is right there to say we will take care of it. There were a few things I did not like with the drywall in my bathroom and he came right in a fixed it. If there was an extra part it was very reasonable. The tile patterns were very intricate. he listens, makes recommendations, makes sure he covers all aspects of what needs to be done so nothing is left out. If he has a question he will ask you. He is very responsive and will offer recommendations to be more cost effective. He has a beautiful website where you an see the work done and comments made. The quality of work is so good. He is a super nice guy.

Ken arrived promptly for initial visit to review work to be done. After drawing up a detailed estimate and agreeing to the work to be done, Ken and his crew arrived on time for the next few weeks until the work was completed. They were all very kind and responsive to my questions and requests as the work continued. They cleaned up their work nicely at the end of each day. Ken has several subcontractors that he works with as well - in my case, he subcontracted the carpet layer, custom cabinet maker, and custom stile stone counter top. Ken and his crew are very knowledgeable, seasoned contractors who clearly take pride in their work. Custom Home Remodeling (CHR) is a company that can be trusted to get the work done professionally. This is the 2nd time I've hired CHR and I plan to do so again.

The owner, Ken Budinger, arrived to my house right on time and explained to me the process of having custom doors fabricated. We went through many different styles and accents, and he was very helpful in his suggestions. My house was built in 1926, and the doors are not standard size. Ken called as soon as the doors were finished being made. His crew arrived promptly on the day and time that we established, and they spent several hours installing the doors. I could not be happier! They look great!
