Description of Work: for the last 2 years i have been looking for a home i could afford with my budget ,a friend of mine told me about Ron and how helpful he has been to him finding property's,my friend flips houses i was a first time home-buyer and for two year, I looked at houses Ron found for me, some homes that i was going to put offers on Ron would advise me not to, it would not be in my best interest for a number of differant reasons I really felt like I had a friend helping me look for a house instead of a realtor I have to say I was starting to feel guilty because of all the homes he took me to see over a 2 year period but Ron had the same helpful friendly attitude from the first house right up to the one I bought he also was able somehow to get the price dropped substantially, and helped me with some of the first time home buyer programs to help with down payment assistantMember Comments: it went without a hitch , I would recommend Ron Conner to anyone Ron would update me every day or two and he would always get the sellers to concede in my favour ,it seemed every time Ron would talk to me he would bring something else up,that he was able to get the seller to concede. things that I never thought about. which in reality takes money out of Ron,s commission, Ron says that is his job, I am his client I could not be happier
