It went well overall. We hit a few snags along the way, weather, cabinet doors taking longer that expected, furnace re routing. Things that would typically come up in any remodel. It did take much longer than we and Gary expected, but it was well worth it. Gary was great to work with. Very laid back, had good insight to what would and wouldn't work and why. Was very diplomatic if something wasn't working or needed tweeking or redoing. We ended up paying exactly what our bid was. Everyone always says you will go over the original bid and your budget, but not this time. Gary's crew was easy to work with and very respectful. We never had to worry about who was in the house. (We have two small children) They were great with the kids and didn't mind the staring over your shoulder that kids are great at. Despite their effort dust went everywhere!!! Cover any item, in any room in your house that you don't want dust on! No matter who comes, dust, dust, dust is inevitable. :( We would work with Gary and crew again anytime. They were great! WE highly recommend them.

They have been great so far. Their price is also competitive. I rate them high overall.

The general contractor worked with me on my design ideas creating a refined design. All work was subcontracted and managed by Crask Homes. The estimate was realistic and the deliverables were well managed. Each step of the way I was informed of what was happening and going to occur. The work teams were professional and fun to work with. During this project the foundation was dug and built. Framing was done, roofing, windows and insulation. When it came time to break through to the older part of the house that was well managed for the least impact on my family. The interior was built out (lighting, heating, plumbing, cabinets, counter tops, new fireplace and painting). The exterior all windows replaced, insulation in the older part was updated and the entire house and garage resided. Everyone on all the teams were professional and did great quality work. Gary Crask the general contractor was available and it was a real collaborative experience.
