Craftsmen Home Improvements just completed a siding installation at my home. Pat, Beto, and their crew did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend them. Beto, in particular, was a real problem solver. If something came up, no matter how small, he took the time to immediately fix it himself. The whole team worked hard, and were efficient, courteous, and friendly.

The Craftman siding crew was great! They arrived on time and did high quality work. They were even able to bump my job up a month early!

They were very pleasant to work with for my roof replacement. Working with them to get an initial estimate was very comfortable and they were very responsive. They remained responsive in keeping us up to date on the tentative schedule and any schedule changes up until the work started. Once the work started they worked quickly, did a good job, and cleaned up the work site very well. I am very happy with my new roof.

Once again, Craftsmen did a wonderful job installing more windows in our home. This time it was basement windows. They were dealing with some crooked walls, since the house has settled a bit since it was built. And it looks great. The wrong screens were sent by Pella, but they they quickly replaced those, and didn't bill for the job until the new ones were installed. Truly a classy company to work with.

I hired Craftsman Home Improvement to re-roof my two and a half story century old home. The project involved tear-off, new decking, and shingling with drip edge and flashing. It also included repair / rebuild of an section of unsightly roof line. This is the fourth roofing job since we bought the house in 1975. Previous jobs ranged from immediate total disasters to years of nagging dissatisfaction. This time I decided to start with the company with the best reviews rather than the cheapest. Jim came out to do the estimate and couldn't have been better to communicate with and work with. When I pointed out the troublesome roof line, he understood right away, and described just what they would do to correct it. It was exactly what I would have done if I had the skill and manpower. Having planned numerous maintenance and remodeling project over the years, and raising my my standards with each, I trust my opinion of how things should be done even if I don't have the resources to do it myself. I trusted Jim's opinion and when the estimate came in well below what I had budgeted I didn't look any further, The roofing job was done in one day and looks beautiful and sound.The crew was friendly and respectful of my property. Clean up was good. I look forward to further projects with Craftsmen Home Improvement involving window and siding repair and replacement.

Working with Craftsmen has been great. Each of the people I've spoken with at the company have been knowledgeable and helpful, and each time I've had a concern they've taken it seriously and made sure to answer it. The roof looks great, the rolled roof on the addition is perfectly flat, and so far everything seems to be holding up perfectly well when it rains. To my inexpert eye they appear to have done a great job. Because I had holes in my roof and water was leaking in, they put a priority on getting to my roof to help me out. Although they said they go to great lengths to ensure no nails are left behind we found quite a few after the project. When I mentioned it to them they quickly sent someone over who did a good job cleaning up, finding quite a few that we'd missed. Sure, the nails should all have been cleaned up before they left the site the first time, but nobody's perfect - and in my mind it's how a person/company handles their mistakes that makes the difference between good and great. Throughout the project I had the feeling that they were interested in doing things right. The flashing material they had for the chimney on the main roof wasn't quite right, so they came back a couple of days later to replace it with one that looked nicer. While he was here he took the time to speak with me and answer some questions, also making a temporary fix for something on the new roof which was only necessary because my siding is awful. Overall I am quite pleased with the service and professionalism Craftsmen has shown. I am looking forward to them putting new siding on my house in a few weeks.

We were very pleased with the entire process of working with Craftsmen Home Improvements for our re-roofing project. They worked very hard to fit our schedule all the way from the initial bid to scheduling and completing the project. They are a very professional crew and we could not be more pleased with the final result. The actual work was completed in just over one day and the new roof is beautiful.

We had our Masonite Siding replaced with Hardyboard just over 10 years ago. Craftsmen did a wonderful job and the siding has held up extremely well. The one area where the Hardyboard started to degrade was where the water was running from the roof directly onto the Hardyboard. This was because we had our roof replaced several years ago with a different company and the other company did not place adequate rain diverters/flashing on the roof to prevent leakage onto the Hardyboard of our home. Lesson here- we should have had Craftsmen do our roof as well - what were we thinking?! Anyway, we reached out to Craftsmen to see if they would be willing to fix the Hardyboard that had degraded even though it was another roofer's job that caused the issue. Craftsmen again was willing to come out and take a look - they promptly replaced the degrading boards and were even willing to count the job as under their warranty without charge! It is refreshing to deal with a company like Craftsmen who we can trust and who we know will back up their work for years later - and in this case even fix a small problem that was another contractor's issue. Excellent work Craftsmen - highly recommended!

The Project Manager kept us informed as to the crew's schedule and when there were any changes to the schedule. When the crew arrived, Matt introduced himself and was very willing to answer any questions we had during the process. They made sure to have any exposed portions of the roof covered thoroughly (in case of rain) when they left at the end of their day. We were very appreciative of how they covered up our landscaping with tarps. We enjoyed working with this crew. They worked very hard and completed the project in a timely fashion and the new roof looks great.

We had many new windows installed, including a large bay window. The whole process was amazing. From the initial quote and measurements, to the final piece of trim installed, the team at Craftsmen was very helpful & professional. No detail was too small and no questions left unanswered. Craftsmen took what could have easily been a stressful experience and made it easy and worry-free. We LOVE our new windows!

We requested a quote and the contractor responded within 3 hours. They do not perform service in our area, so we did not use them. If they serviced our area, we would include them in our considerations.

Craftsman did a great job with our roof. They replaced a 30 year old cedar roof with shingles. Everything went smoothly and the project manager checked in very regularly to see how everything was going, answered our questions and updated us on the schedule. The crew also did a very thorough cleanup. Some siding was damaged installing new flashing and it was replaced, no questions asked.

We have been slowly, but steadily replacing all of our windows and have been working with Craftsmen Home Improvements throughout the process. They are knowledgeable, professional, do fine work, and know their products. We recently had them out for a third visit and they have again done a fantastic job!

Craftsmen recently replaced the roof of my 1928 home in St. Paul. I highly recommend this company. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. My roof is very complicated with 4 dormers and flat roofs at each end of the house. The decking had to be replaced because of dry rot, which required lots of measuring and cutting - very labor intensives. All the debris was cleaned up carefully during and after the job was completed. The workers were respectful of my property, and existing Leaf Guard gutters. I particularly appreciated Ellie, the Program Manager, who kept me informed every step of the way, from when the dumpster and supplies would be delivered, when the crew would arrive (or not), almost on a day to day basis. Craftsmen provided great customer service, competent and high quality work. I would certainly hire this company again. And the roof looks great!

Our home has been beautifully transformed!! The siding crew did an excellent job taking down and replacing our old siding. Their workmanship and attention to detail on our home was fantastic. We are so happy with the results and the top notch customer service we received from beginning to end. If you are seeking the highest quality results with great customer service look no further.

From the initial proposal, all the way through installation of gorgeous new windows, every person I dealt with was sincere, respectful, knowledgeable, and really pleasant to deal with. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

We recently made the decision to redo our roof and reached out to 4-5 different vendors based on friends' recommendations and Angieslist reviews. After talking with all of the vendors, we analyzed the proposals. Craftsmen answered every question I had and also documented the most details in their proposal which allowed us to understand what we were getting. So we went with them. From there, the communication regarding next steps were given to us so there was no question as to what the process would entail. Great communication, from beginning to end. The work day came and the team was here, bright and early. They worked very quickly with amazing quality. 2.5 days later and the work was done. Matt & the Team took photos of problem spots they ran into along the way (with before and after shots) which really detailed the work that they did. It looks great and we're likely set for the rest of our lives with regard to our roof. Thank you, Craftsmen.

Craftsmen was flexible in getting our job scheduled and got our two buildings done in one day. The crew seemed conscientious to pick up any remaining debris at the end of the day, even though it was well into the evening. Jim, our project manager, came by the following day to do a final check and make sure everything looked good. I would use them again.

We used Craftsmen Home Improvements to install 6 replacement windows. From the initial contact with Erik when we met for our consultation, to the project coordination by Kim, to the installation by Tom, Jim and crew, everyone was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Their skills and customer service are outstanding. Dan, the owner, even called us on a Sunday to answer a question that we had. During this pandemic, they are very respectful of their crew and customers and do everything possible to ensure the safety of everyone involved. We could not have been happier with our decision to choose Craftsmen Home Improvements. They exceeded all of our expectations! We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows.

We retained Craftsmen Home Improvements, Inc., to reside our 100+ year-old home in St. Paul. We recommend Craftsmen without qualification. Every single person we met with or communicated with at Craftsmen was very professional. Their work is superb. The crew who worked on our home residing project was excellent, led by an outstanding foreman, Juan, and consisting of five crew members who were highly skilled, worked tirelessly, were extraordinarily focused and efficient, and did an absolutely wonderful job. Their work, I think, reflects their own and the company's commitment to customer service and to work of the highest quality. Juan and his team let me know of issues as they arose in working with an older home, presented options and were obviously excellent problem solvers. Excellent salesman helped us through the process and want to expect. They have a different project manager for each phase, siding, roofing. They both kept us up to date on when work would begin. Both siding and roofing work was well done. I recommend their work.
