Craftsmen did an excellent job on our roof. The crew was very careful during the process and worked meticulously without rushing anything. Still, our roof was completed in a timely manner. Craftsmen went through all the pains to make sure the job was done correctly, including installing new decking in the areas that needed it. And whenever I inquired about something, they answered. They didn't cut any corners. Highly recommended!

Craftsmen Home Improvement did excellent work replacing our roof due to storm damage. They were professional, everyone from the salesman, to the office staff, to the three men who removed our old roof and installed the new one. They did not disturb our landscaping and they cleaned the area every evening when they left. It was surprising quiet. Their nifty Equipter machinery carried the old shingles to the dumpster in our driveway. Even the dumpster was not obnoxiously large. Thank you Craftsmen Home Improvements for this work and your fine work installing our new siding years ago.

As a first time home owner, I was unsure of the process to have my roof replaced. Even before I signed the contract to get the work scheduled, Jim, Ellie, Carolyn and Lucy were very helpful with answering questions I had by phone or email, even on weekends. I was very impressed and grateful for that and it kept the entire process stress free! Tony and the crew did a fantastic job getting the roof replaced. I was told it would take one day to complete and that was correct: the crew arrived at 7am and got right to work and knocked it out! I would highly recommend using Craftsmen Home Improvements for roofing as they were very friendly, courteous and helpful making this process as smooth as possible!

I found Craftsman via Angie’s List after recent storm damage. Their proposal seemed very thorough and comprehensive compared to others I received. The scheduling and logistics were very easy and the new roof turned out great. The install team was very professional as was the project team. Would use them again for sure.

This is the second project that we have had Craftsmen do for us. We had new windows installed a couple of years ago and were very pleased with the quality work and the results. So when we decided to replace our patio door, we didn’t even think about calling anyone else but Craftsmen! We know them and trust them completely. One thing that stands out is that they were very careful to include us in any decisions that had to be made as the work progressed – informing us of options and working with us to make sure they completed the job exactly as we wanted. The crew was very efficient and meticulous, and they cleaned up thoroughly after the project, as if there had never been any construction taking place. If we have any projects in the future, we will definitely call Craftsmen again.

Replacing a roof and gutters is a major project and finding the right roofing company was very important to me. I met with a number of different companies and finally decided on CHI (Craftsman Home Improvement). They didn’t just come look at the roof and send me a proposal instead they came looked at the roof and spent over an hour with me explaining the process working with me on how to improve the gutters so the flow would be better for my property. This did not mean more expensive gutters just a Different installation from previous. Once I contracted with them the project manger reached out to set up a start date. The team that came out to do the job was both professional and efficient. They did a great job. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new roof. They also coordinated with the team doing some chimney repairs on my house which was extremely helpful to me.

So pleasant to work with from start to finish. The project manager was always in touch when I needed her and the work crew were so efficient and thorough. The cleanup after the job was excellent.

This is the second job that we have used Craftsmen Home Improvements and we have been impressed both times. We had a hail storm damage our shingles last summer and Erik was great working with our insurance adjuster to help get everything documented and moving thru the system. Ellie provided color samples and addresses where we could see what the shingles looked in real life. The roofing crew was very professional and did a great job on cleaning up after themselves and protecting the landscaping and deck from any debris from the shingles. We would and have recommended them for both window replacements and roofing.

Craftsmen Home Improvements made the process of residing as painless as possible for a very fair price. The main office kept me informed of the scheduling and the crews were very efficient, polite, and thorough in the job. The house looks great, almost new after the fantastic residing job that CHI did. I would recommend them always. The only thing they should have done was put a sign on the lawn stating who was doing the work because several neighbors and passersby commented on how great the new siding looks.

We even needed to adjust the start date of the project a few times due to weather, and they were flexible and easy to work with. The work was completed within a day, and the finished project looks great. We're looking forward to enjoying our new windows for years to come.

We are a repeat customer of Craftsmen and have had over 10 windows replaced in our home so far. We are thrilled with the attention to detail and customer service they provide throughout the remodeling process. Any issues are handled immediately and professionally. We love our new windows, and we would highly recommend the company! Everything from the initial estimate/sales set-up through final installation has been so professional and well-done. We initially reached out a few years ago to get estimates on windows for the entire house (along with a few other companies), and with Craftsmen, we never felt pressured or like anyone wasted our time with an annoying sales pitch. We decided to wait, and we reached back out at the end of 2020 to get updated estimates. They still had all of our information and were very helpful and prompt at getting updated totals. We had some concerns with ordering (as it was in the early days of the pandemic) depending on regional closures or delays, and they were reassuring and flexible with our plan. During the installation process, everyone was so professional. Often with outside contractors, people default communicating with my husband, yet I'm the one coordinating, so it can often be frustrating, but that was absolutely not the case with Craftsmen. Everyone was very kind and respectful no matter who they were talking with. Besides just getting all of our windows replaced, we also had a large wall cut out and a custom window added, which we were a bit nervous how that would go with our stucco, and it turned out beautifully, and it was such a nice relief to know that no matter what - the crew would handle it. It was quite the undertaking and a very large investment from us, but it was so worth it for how beautiful everything looks inside and out and how seamless the process went.

Working with the entire Craftsmen Home Improvement team has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our project included removal and replacement of entire roof (with significant re-decking), installation of aluminum wrapped fascia and hidden vent soffits (which included removal and replacement of large sections of damaged fascia), and covered gutters/downspouts. Their bid was very competitive. Their lifetime workmanship warranty was a great selling feature. The Craftsmen team and all their contractors are excellent. All have the same professional manner with customer satisfaction their goal. Jim Kosloski was our rep and was excellent to work with. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and very responsive to all our questions/concerns—even while on vacation! His follow through is exceptional. With Covid-19, there were material shortages. Jim’s find-a-way, make-a-way attitude found our shingles even when every supplier in the metro area was out of them. He was there through the whole project even being present for several hours as the roof was installed and later to inspect the jobs. He also followed up and took care of several minor adjustments once the job was complete. The project managers, Ellie (Roofing/Gutters) and Joni (Fascia/Soffit), were seamless in the coverage of our projects. Snow in October produced several weather delays. Ellie and Joni kept us informed prior to the delays. We never had to wonder when the crews were going to show up. They were both fantastic. If issues arose, they were handled promptly and professionally to our complete satisfaction. Carolyn who handles the billing/finances was excellent to work with. Tony and his crew did an excellent job with the roof as did Juan’s team removing and replacing all the damaged fascia and installing the new fascia and hidden vent soffit. Matt and his team did a great job with our new covered gutters and downspouts. These teams are highly skilled and it shows in their work. Our neighbors were very impressed! With window and siding projects next, we’ll definitely be reaching out to Craftsmen again. We especially appreciated the thank you gift package we received from owner, Dan Blydon. Thank you!

Craftsmen stood out from all the roofing companies we considered and they lived up to it. Jim Kosloski and Ellie Palmer were knowledgeable, trustworthy, prompt and flexible. Jim went above and beyond in working with our insurance company for our roofing claim and with making changes to our plans when we postponed the project to include it in a larger remodel to add a new dormer. Jim worked really well with our remodeler to coordinate the work. He also gave us many examples of other roofing projects to help us decide our shingle color. Matt and the roofing crew were very respectful, answered all of our questions and did a great job. They were thorough and took their time to do the roof well, including replacing all of the roof decking and repairing some of the siding. We love our new roof and will hire Craftsmen again for future roofing and siding projects. We recommend them highly!

We hired Craftsmen company to replace roof, siding and gutters on our two story house. Everyone that came out to do various projects was very friendly, knowledgeable and very open to help and explain things when we had questions. Perfect, great team of workers, 6 men, on time every day, no loafing, no swearing, hard workers. The windows are beautiful, already raised the temperature in the house by 3 degrees (in one day). Cut all the traffic noise almost totally. Work done quickly professionally, neatly and great clean up after. It took them 2- 1/2 days to remove and install 14 windows.

Craftsmen Home Improvements just finished residing our house and garage with vinyl siding. This was a really great experience. The work looks great, the crew members were easy to work with and answered all our questions. They made it simple for us. We contacted several companies and Craftsmen was the only firm to really listen to what we were saying and provide us with a quote we could live with.
