I replaced all my windows with vinyl low E windows through Craftsmen Home Improvement. The installation crew were experts at their craft, installing all 16 windows in one day. Due to an order error, five of the windows came without internal grids on the bottom of the double hung. Craftsman verified the error with their home office and promptly ordered replacement lower sashes, installing the replacements within a couple of weeks. The exterior brick mold was wrapped with aluminum and the windows were caulked with perfection--even matching the caulk color to my house. All through the process the crew were very responsive to my concerns (e.g., not wrapping the brickmold until the weather was dryer). This is an excellent company and crew and I would have no hesitation doing business with them again.

I met with 4 other roofers in addition to Craftsmen Home Improvements. Craftsmen had such a great presentation and did NOT try to oversell or lock me down. They had confidence in their service and that showed. My project kept getting delayed due to weather, but their team was FANTASTIC about keeping continually updated. Their communication was top-notch! The crew was polite and professional. They cleaned up after the project very well, as I've heard horror stories from other folks with experiences with other roofers. I highly recommend Craftsmen!

Splendid! All of their people represented their company with care and concern, responsiveness and patience. The materials were delivered for the scheduled day and, though forcasted rain delayed the start, the job was completed in one day.

We found Craftsman on the Angie's list. They have many positive reviews from their customers. We were in the process to change our more than 40 years old windows and siding. We decide to give it a try. We are very pleasant with the whole process. Home improvement project is a very anxious process. We must say that it was a pleasant surprise. All we have to worry was about the weather.

We used Craftsman Home Improvements, Inc. to put new Hardie siding on our house. Our neighbors had used them this past fall and highly recommended them. I can now see why....We couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish! The crew was professional, friendly and extremely good at what they do. Pat was a real pleasure to work with. If I had the smallest question he would stop and talk with me and whatever it was it was immediately taken care of. Our house looks truly amazing - the caliber work that they do is top notch. It is also rather amazing how fast they get things done! I would recommend Craftsmen in a heartbeat to anyone who needs improvements done on their house. If only every home improvement company operated like they did!

CHI recently completed a full siding and window replacement job at our home in Plymouth, MN. The process started with an in-home consultation and presentation from Erik. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We knew we wanted to use Hardie siding, but we were unsure on windows, and he guided us through the pros and cons of each option. He was not trying to sell us on any one particular window - he made sure that what we got was exactly what we wanted. We appreciated having someone who was not beholden to any of the window companies give us his honest appraisal. The replacement work was completed in about a week from start to finish. Kim (windows contact) and Joni (siding contact) did a great job of coordinating the work, and resolving any issues that came up. The crew foreman talked to us each morning before work got underway and answered any questions. We had just a few small issues that CHI resolved as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to us. One of the window screens had a small tear in it - CHI replaced it. The electrical inspector wanted something done a little differently on our exterior lights - CHI sent out an electrician to fix it until the inspector was satisfied. We would highly recommend CHI to anyone (and have already). Several neighbors have come by to tell us how nice the house looks now. Thank you to everyone on the CHI team!

It could not have gone more smoothly from start to finish! This was a very big job (for me, anyway!) and the folks at Craftsmen handled every aspect of it beautifully. In terms of customer service: I am very picky about this kind of thing, and Craftsmen exceeded my expectations every time. They were quick to respond to phone calls and questions. Erik, the salesperson, was definitely the most professional sales person I worked with when considering which company to hired. He actually listened to what I wanted and provided appropriate advice, rather than try to talk me into something I didn't really want (which other companies did). The folks who managed the job were very clear about all the details and the scheduling. In terms of quality of the workmanship -- I mean, Craftsmen just hit a home run! My windows are gorgeous. I wanted wood windows, and I hired the company to stain them. They matched my existing stain *perfectly.* Other than the fact that the windows are beautiful and energy efficient, you'd never even realize that they weren't original to the home. They feel solid and look fantastic. (I went with the Hayfield brand, BTW.) It made a huge difference in my house. The roof is terrific. A friend of mine used to work for a roofing company, and he coincidentally stopped by while the guys were working. He talked to them for a bit, and reported to me later that they really knew what they were doing and were doing a great job. The job foremen and all the workers were 100% friendly and professional. Not one nail, not one piece of trash or debris, was left in my yard when the guys were finished. They even *offered* to haul some extra junk from my garage (unrelated to this job) into the dumpster for me! I just could not be more pleased to recommend Craftsmen to anyone.

Craftsmen did a great job. They timely responded to our request for an estimate. They provided information that allowed us to compare their quote to other quotes we received. The quality of the window they installed and the price they quoted were a much better package than those quotes received from other companies. The installation was completed in one day and they cleaned up exactly as they promised. The windows work great. We are happy with their service and would hire them again.

The Installation looks great and they did a good job of cleaning up after they were done. They also answered any questions I had about the windows.

The gutter crew was fantastic. Extremely impressive! Their price was fair. A bit more than one low-ball bid, a bit less than another company. I think the old adage is true: you get what you pay for. We got a fantastic roof.

Craftsmen staff has guided me from the cost estimate all the way through the post-work completion. Jim is very knowledgeable about the cost estimate and worked with my insurance adjuster very well. Joni let me know ahead of time when the work will be done, what I need to do ahead of time and who will arrive to do the work. Every Craftsmen staff I have met is friendly and professional.

Craftsman Home Improvements is an excellent company to work with! They replaced the roof on my home and storage building. The project was scheduled and completed on time! I was kept informed thru the project from beginning to end. The crew did an excellent job! An unexpected issue came up with some damage on the storage building that was not included in the original estimate. They took care of the problem without any hesitation. They went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction! A local company that is a pleasure to do business with.

Craftsmen is truly an amazing company. From quote till finish and what is beyond that. We got Jim to give us a quote and he was honest on what is needed. When the crew came they were very informative about the process and what action they are taking. They work around the weather without exposing your roof to any water damage. Also in between you are informed of the progress any delays in a very professional way. If you want easy , smooth and trust worthy work , you have found the right company.

The workmen were very efficient & polite. They arrived on the scheduled day on time & well equipped. The job included installing about 18 Lindsay windows in our duplex. it went as they said it would, except the delivery was late so they got a late start. they made sure I was happy with what was done and they even refoamed 2 windows installed by others.

Everything went very smoothly. Jim, the owner, was very pleasant he performed some of the work on garage himself. Jim came out very quickly and returned an estimate right away. The other office staff where in contact with me every step of the way and the work began shortly after we signed the contract, without delay. They provided copies of all documentation for insurances and licenses on request. The foreman for the roofing crew answered all questions we had. The workers where all very prompt, professional, and worked efficiently. When they where done everything was very tidy. We are very satisfied with the work.

Storm damage can be very frustrating but the process to get everything repaired and replaced was made much easier with Craftsmen. From the initial quote through the completion of work, we were kept updated on the status and any questions we had were answered. They also worked directly with our insurance company and took away the headache for us. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and how nice it looks.
