Description of Work: They removed old roofing shingles and replaced the entire roof with new ones, as well as steel vents, new chimney flashing, and new drip edge gutter apron. The roof was partly damaged by storms (and my insurance paid ca. $500 of the total bill, which seemed fair). It was a pleasure to work with Jim Kosloski, who thotoughly explained the procedure,as well as alternatives, answered all my questions, and then he and his crew completed the job utterly professionally. One of my outside lights was damaged in the process and they replaced it as soon as I alerted them to the problem. The new roof is great, they left the grounds clean and I'd heartily recommend them to anyone in need of roofing. Craftsman was one of three companies I considered and also came recommended by a colleague.

Saved us a bunch and it looks great. The work crew did a great job cleaning up everyday and the office team in coordinating everything were fantastic.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $150 for $500 worth of attic insulation plus infrared attic inspection. That turned out pretty good. They came out 3-4 weeks after I purchased the deal. They were on time and did good job. This company helped me add the insulation and it took them 2 days. They were professional and easy to work with.

Description of Work: Jim, their estimates guy, was SUPER. He arrived on time , analyzed my old farmhouse, gave me an estimate with much explanation, and patiently answered all of my questions. A top-notch guy. Matt and Elmer were also SUPER, arriving on time. They were very neat, causing as little disruption as possible while communicating when necessary, They used as much of the bagged insulation already in one attic as possible, as discussed during the bid. This made their job much more difficult and they worked with no complaints whatsoever. They did an excellent job, were quiet and left the area pristine. This is an outcome for raves only. An excellent team, including Joan in the office. It doesn't get any better than this.

Description of Work: We had originally purchased a window from an Angies List Big Deal through another company. They installed one and we told them we'd use them to install more. Unfortunately the work they did was not great and they were horrible at contacting us. My husband contacted Craftsmen to come out and provide us with a proposal to replace the other 4 windows we needed replaced. They provided us with a very detailed proposal and we were impressed with what they had to offer. Once we signed the proposal they came out to measure all the windows and make sure they had all the information they needed for the install. It was an incredibly busy fall for them so they were not able to install the windows based on the first installation date. They did keep us in the loop and were able to get it done in November before it got really cold. They did a great job and cleaned up after themsves. The installer was very friendly and respectful to our house. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anybody.
