Description of Work: I have used Craftsmen before and they are great. They are on the pricey side for the windows I need, but I appreciate their professionalism and they do a super job. I have given 1/2 down for another window job that they will complete in November.

Description of Work: We did a major roof/siding/window replacement project. There were glitches (secondary siding crew's work had to be redone, picture window replacement mis-measured and manufacturer sent wrong type of window, door surround arrived broken and had to be reordered), but all were dealt with honesty and immediately. Installers were pleasant and professional and addressed our concerns. Communication was acceptable and timely. Tim, who did a crown moulding install, the shutter install, the door surround install, and a siding extension install, was excellent. We chose a Larsen storm/screen product (silver series) that we would not recommend due to apparent poor production tolerance standards. This was not HCI's problem.

Description of Work: We had vinyl siding installed. Very professional and courteous. All of the workers were very experienced craftsmen. They were very punctual. We had the same work crew every day and they concentrated on our job until it was complete (started on a Tuesday and finished around NOON on Friday). Our house looks great. They did a wonderful job. We are getting lots of compliments from the neighbors and a lot of inquiries about who did the work. The cleanup was very good. I can highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They changed out 5 large picture windows, resided the house, and changed the porch from a 3 season to 4 season. Erik works hard to keep project in budget. There was a window crew, a siding crew, and remodeling team. Each group was super responsive and took care to do quality work. They also cleaned the site well when complete. i was exceedingly happy with results. Really a quality organization.

Overall, the experience was excellent and completely professional, from the amount of communication prior to and during the installation, to the thorough cleanup after. We have an older home that required followup on numerous concerns that were included in the contract. All items were thoroughly addressed by the work crew without need of reminders. We highly recommend this business to all.

Description of Work: Replaced roof, removed and replaced many wood pieces (including decorative pieces in the stucco). They were the only company I could find that would take on all aspects of the project, and they were a pleasure.
