We had a great experience with Craftsmen Home Improvements for new windows for our house. From the initial window quote appointment through the installation, everything went smoothly and was communicated well. They replaced all of the windows in our house over a 5-day period and the installation crew were very respectful of our house and time. They kept us informed of what was going on each day and cleaned up before they left. We could tell they showed great attention to detail in their work. We're very happy with our new windows and the energy efficiency we now have. We are repeat customers, as we also had Craftsmen Home Improvements replace our roof. They are a great company to work with!

Our siding looks amazing! The crew was efficient and did a great job keeping the yard clean and organized while they worked. Our entire 2.5 story house was finished in just 6 working days. Communication was easy; they are very responsive to emails which I find much more convenient than trying to answer phone calls during working hours. They will not push you into any sale and the price was very fair given the high quality of work. We would definitely recommend Craftsmen!

The siding crew did a fantastic job on my house! My siding was completed during the winter holidays which was cold! The first step was a quick meeting with the project lead to walk around and communicate the details or last min logistics. Highly recommend this step for communication and to get to know the project lead and crew. The job took 3 days which I thought was pretty quick. During the process I was communicated with by the office lead Joni with any delays because of weather. Joni was quick to answer any questions by email. The onsite crew was very professional, courteous, efficient and productive. They did a great job making sure the debris was cleaned up and their equipment was organized, safe and with no trip hazards. When they uncovered some walls that needed additional building out, Pat communicated with me on the details, cost and importance of the repair. The best part is one of the crew shoveled my sidewalk and Pat added an additional piece to my down spout! Happy New Year! Thank you, my house looks beautiful!

The roofing process went quite well with Craftsman, from initial bid to job completion. The sales rep was new, but friendly, open, and honest and actually went on the old/existing roof to check it out to get the bid right, and the quoted price was what we paid in the end. He also gave us some local houses they had recently done in the colors we were considering to see how they looked on a roof of similar style. They worked around our schedule toward the end of the year, and were able to get the roof replaced during the early cold blast where the temps dropped toward 0 degrees. After the first snows and heavy rains the roof seems to be keeping our attic dry which we are thankful for heading into winter. After going up near the roof to hang Christmas lights, the work seems to be decent quality. The only thing I would suggest is for a bit more communication either beforehand or from the team lead on the plan for flashing and an explanation on why they chose to go with overlapping shingles instead of a metal valley where I had inquired with the sales rep.

We were impressed with Craftsmen Home Improvement’s good reviews and decided to have them re-roof our home. Our new roof is beautiful and greatly enhances the appearance of our home. Our neighbors commented on how nice it looks. Jim, the salesman, gave us a great suggestion to ensure the flat portion of our dormer would be watertight. Overall, the company was exceptionally flexible, responsive and accommodating. We had to change the starting date, and they cheerfully accommodated us. The communication with Ellie was always cheerful, quick and responsive. There were a few small issues that came up in the course of the project, as is the case with any project, and they were always willing to answer our questions, check on the issue, and do everything needed to make it right. They really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We’re very happy with our new roof and it is clear that this company wants to accommodate their customers and give them exceptional service.

Very well. The initial meeting was very informative. The owner provided pictures of some of the aging shingles. They have a web site with completed projects which helps when picking a shingle. The project manager send frequent updates The crew worked around many foundation shrubs without any damage. Clean up was thorough. Pleased with the process.

We were very pleased with the whole experience. Work started and ended on time, and cleanup was great. There was great communication throughout the project. The crew did accidentally damage our sidewalk, but they were very up front about it, and Craftsmen Home Improvements quickly made arrangements to pay for the repairs. Would definitely use again!

My wife and I used Craftsmen to replace our siding, soffit and fascia on our home. We decided, with guidance and assistance from Erik with Craftsmen, to go with James Hardie Siding to replace our worn 35 year old siding. The crew showed up promptly and moved like a well oiled machine. They had the house stripped and wrapped right away, and fought through our first snow of the year to get the siding up. Pat and his crew were efficient and respectful, working hard but also taking the time to do get everything just right. We chose deep blue ocean Hardie board with white trim, and couldn't be happier with the results! The house looks brand new, and the crew installed all new light fixtures around the house too. They had to work around Thanksgiving and two snowfalls, but we received proper communication on the progress from Joni, and a reassuring follow up email to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the customer care we received from Craftsmen through all our projects, and have confidence that the work was done exceptionally. House looks awesome!!

I chose Craftsmen to replace 7 windows and 2 sliding doors in my house. I received excellent communication from Kim at Craftsman about what to expect when the project began. Tom's crew showed up right on time and discussed the plan and timing with my wife. The 35 year old windows were all replaced over two days with excellent quality Richlin windows, and they also added a picture window in our living room. They spent the third day finishing up the inside jambs and trim, and sent one member of the crew back to finish touching up and making sure the house was as clean as they found it. Tom was very friendly and informative every step of the way, and we felt very comfortable with him and his crew in our house (including being respectful of our 2 cats!) The windows look amazing and I would recommend Craftsmen to any friends or family to replace their windows as well! Thank you!!

I had Craftsmen out to replace our roof after a Summer hailstorm. They were with me from the start of the process including how to file a claim with insurance and meeting the agent at my house to look at the damage. When the roofing crew arrived, Matt, who is a super nice guy, made sure that I was aware of what they were doing and why throughout the entire process. Not only did they replace the shingles on the roof, they replaced some planking on part of it and installed a new skylight. Near the end of the job I complemented Matt on the efficiency and politeness of his crew, and he stated "Well, I should hope so. Some of them are my sons!" The whole process was painless and quick, and my new roof looks great!

Their price was very reasonable, they handled the entire process in a very professional manner and were quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. I am very fussy about who I hire for projects and don't give excellent reviews unless the company really deserves an excellent review. I highly recommend Craftsmen and will definitely be calling them for other home projects.

We want to be sure to thank Craftsmen Home Improvements for the extra steps they took this Fall to help us with a house challenge. We had ice dam problems this past winter and recently got estimates for attic insulation updates. One vendor reviewed the inside of our house as well as the outside. Reviewing the outside, he mentioned we might have a gutter problem. Recent rains (and leafs) had poured over the gutters onto the side of the house leaving leaf particles on the side of the house. Over 15 years ago, Craftsmen sided our house and installed covered gutters. I called Craftsmen asking if they could check our gutters. Dan Bydlon called me back the same day and agreed to send someone out to review the situation. It took a while before Tony could come out due to a VERY busy Fall; this wasn't an emergency and Dan kept me up-to-date throughout. Tony determined the gutters were not blocked and their angle was correct. He decided that splash guards would help resolve the problem. Tony was able to come out the next week to install the guards at a minimal cost. We appreciate Dan's and Tony's high level of customer service and expertise and highly recommend Craftsmen Home Improvement. THANK YOU!

Craftsman has provided a new roof, new siding along with a new front door for our 27 year old house Of all the contractors we interviewed,we selected Craftsman initially because we trusted Erik. We then realized the rest of the company was also very capable, professional and personable. Each job was led by a project manager who communicated status and answered the phone. The crews were exceptionally courteous and very skilled. Beto and Pat handled our questions well and helped with final decisions. They both gave us confidence the job was done well. We may not need a new roof or siding for a long time, but we'll call Erik if we do.

Jim O. scheduled his home visit two weeks out. He arrived on schedule, was personable & knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about the best approach to replacing our roof shingles and enhancing our gutters so they wouldn't clog with leaves. I felt confident in his advice and got a complete estimate on-line before he left. I compared his proposal with those of three other well-regarded vendors along with reviewing customer-assessments of work and selected CHI. Within 3 weeks CHI started the work. Because of frequent rain showers that week, the crew worked partial days but protected the unfinished roof well in advance of any incoming rain. I was kept informed about the crews scheduling via nightly email message from a coordinator. The crew boss talked to me before starting the work on the first day and explained the process. All crew members were friendly and seemed to work carefully. I noticed them cleaning up after each work session. They were especially careful about finding loose nails. My landscaping bushes and flowers survived the entire process without any damage or trampling. The gutter guy came out a few days after the roofing was completed and got everything I needed completed in a half day. Two weeks after the entire project was completed we're happy with the work and the results.

We were both very happy with the outcome (windows and siding) and the crews were very professional. As with most projects a couple items came up but they took ownership, made sure the work was done and we were satisfied.

Wow! Craftsmen Home Improvements replaced the old siding on our entire home with Hardie and we are SO impressed. We spent hours researching companies and we are so glad we picked these guys. Erik was great at communicating the process. Then Pat, Beto and the entire crew were fantastic. They were very meticulous and made sure everything was perfect on our home. The team was wonderful, they worked long days, but cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the project. They were respectful to me, the property and the neighborhood - the neighbors commented on how conscientious they were. The house looks beautiful - could ask for better. There were a couple of times I had questions and was not sure we were successfully communicating. It would have been nice if someone who's English was better would have stopped by, or even called. There was one day that they parked too close to my neighbors mailbox and the post office did not deliver the mail.

We are repeat customers. We are happy to use Craftsmen Home Improvements for a third project on our house. This time we had our roof and gutters replaced. Previously we had siding and all windows replaced. I am back because of trust, integrity, and high quality workmanship. They keep their word. They are very knowledgeable and will do the job right. Craftsmen Home Improvements recently installed James Hardie siding on our home. The siding crew was very professional and hard working. We were very impressed with the care and precision they used during the installation process, and we have received many compliments from neighbors on the end result. We are waiting for the installation of gutters and the completion of minor items. Thus far, everyone on the Craftsmen team (sales, project manager, foreman) has been quick to respond to our questions and concerns and we don't expect this to change. We would definitely recommend Craftsmen Home Improvements to anyone who is looking for a siding contractor.
